this magnifier is crap. Why does it die when I click the start menu? Why does it die when I try to use it in Word? Why does it die when only viewing desktop with all windows minimized? It only works with firefox! Why? Surely If I need the magnifier then I need it for the start menu. VERY DISAPOINTED
dude it doesnt work!every time i hold donw the windows button then click the plus button, it just makes that freaking retarded "BING" sound...do you do (Win+Shift+(+))?or (Win+=)???please help me as soon as possible
The full screen and lens mode of the magnifier in Windows 7 are really useless compared to the dockable magnifier in Windows XP. You can get the dock-magnifier in Windows 7, but unfortunately you have to disable Aero in order to do so.
I'm not sure what it is you like about the older version of the magnifier, but there is a Docked view option in the new magnifier. Perhaps that will give you the effect you're looking for.
I dont get this i HAVE windows 7 but it's missing! Help!

finally a decent magnifier !
Still some things I like to see in next windows versions:
- always-on-top option for every window !!!
- draggable windows in taskbar so you can organize them.
- option to rename window titles. Especially convenient for multiple instances of the same program !

What build is your Windows 7??
Your magnifier has got no useless "Docked" view! And that's pretty good! Since my magnifier's "Docked" view makes Desktop Windows Manager crash!!!

Same, have you found a solution to it?

Thanks for letting me know. I think this is new since the beta release that I tried.

It doesn't follow the text cursor which is really pretty annoying!

I wasn't aware of the keyboard shortcuts, and I love this. :) I use it myself @ 600%. I keep color inversion turned off.
