@UKzHitman437 To start the quest line you must talk to the Prophet outside the Anvil chapel about the return of Umaril. Thats when you get the mission to find the wayshrines.

ummmmmm... i'm not sure what one you're talking about. closest one i know of is jewel of the rumare and you get that from completing the Go Fish quest. get it from the old guy that lives just west of the imperial city bridge
