  • Will Somebody Make A Video By Doing It On PS1

  • i think the glitch is that another rayman appears near the cage

  • you have the ipod touch version 2 :)

  • Are you emulating rayman 2 on nulldc or chankast? If so, did you manage to solve the saving issue? I can't save my rayman 2 and it makes me frustrated. Help would be greatly appreciated.

  • it works on dc, but it does not work with the revolution game

  • works on DS as well :D

  • ps2, n64, and ds are all checked of!

  • @ScReWaTtAcKeD

    try 3DS version

  • the jingles for this game are better in the dreamcast and pc version

  • I got it to work on the DS version!

I posted a video response if you would like to see, video is a little blurry and it's too quiet, because I used my cell phone to record it xD

  • works on the ps1 conversion of psp xd so..cool but nothing serious..u did not miss anything xd

  • It doesn´t work for ps1 because there isn´t any portal when you fall!!

  • I got it to work on the PC version. I think the glitch is related to the part where when you originally shoot the cage that is there over the door, Rayman walks back to talk to Murphy. The 2nd Rayman follows the exact same path that the real Rayman does, only the 2nd one isn't stopped by Murphy and just keeps walking.

  • Now that I think about it, that would explain the walking into the wall part..

It's still rather odd, and doesn't work on my version.

  • Oh yeah, I got that glitch on the N64 version, though I think I got it right after starting a new game.

The Rayman copy was just running into a wall/tree. It doesn't do anything beside that.

  • you have to hit the cage ones then fall

  • look you did it wroning 1. hit the cage ones then fall

  • wierd i did it and it works....

  • This glitch does not work on the Dreamcast version of the game apparently.

  • It doesn't work on the DC because some of the level designs were changed on it.

  • I Tried that in my PC version. I Only get full lifes. Same happends in begining of the level when you are in Prison Ship. When you jump to electric hedge and you died you get long balk of live.

  • I heard there are electoons in the DC version. Saestrol, if this is true, could you say which of your videos has them?

  • I'm not sure what you mean by "electoons", but if you mean extras, then there are three mini-games.

There is also the Village of Globox where you can play these minigames. I have this in a video, after finishing the game. I've arranged the Rayman 2 videos onto a playlist so you can find the extras at the end.

  • In the original 2D Rayman game, there were cages you had to break, containing little pink creatures called Electoons. I heard they had a cameo in Rayman 2 for Dreamcast.

  • Hmm...

Well in the N64, DC and PC versions, Yellow Lums are usually in the cages.

In PS1, there is a Fairy, Murphy and other characters that are freed.

In PS2 (Revolution), Familiar Spirits comes out of the cages, which are blue.

Hmm... Mayby the fairy could be the electoon you mention but other than that I have not heard of them.

  • He means just floating around or something. In the PS1 version there are Antitoons floating around in one of the early levels

  • yeah...in the first 2 levels!there are like 20 antitoons in total in the 2 levels

  • lol so the n64 version is the grand original

  • yes oririnally made for n64 but because rayman 1 was made for ps1 they decided to make the ps version too..

  • This works on the DS as well.

  • Which means that it will work on the N64 as well.

  • i checked and it does.

  • is it really 60fps on Dreamcast?

  • Oh yes it is. The only version of the game that does the full framerate.

Some of the animations don't match that speed, but it looks just fine.

  • I wish the ps2 version had 60fps and motion blur

  • That wouldn't be too bad. The PS2 seems to be able to pull a 60, but half the time the game is lagging with the graphics all loaded at the same time. So you get a weird 25-30fps

Some 2-D objects (vines for example) in this game are actually made to 3D in that game.

  • yeah they did change a lot. Instead of a select level screen, There is a big hub that you can run around in to find the levels on your own.

  • Yea, I noticed that. Some times I would go to a level on my dreamcast and on my pc and I noticed that the pc fluctuates from 60 to 50 fps and some parts it runs at a smooth 60. While the dreamcast runs like that all the time.

  • Apparently, Revolution can pull a 60, but it always gets slowed down by the graphics.

  • IMO, Revolution+60FPS=WIN!

  • Revolution also needs Globox Village, knowledge from the lums, and all the other bonuses only in the DC version...but yeah, it'd be orsum

  • Dude, the N64 and Dreamcast versions run at 60 fps.

  • Only the Dreamcast can pull off 60 FPS constantly. The PC could do it, but only with a good computer (this has yet to be seen).

The N64 might have if there is a spot where there are no big details (almost impossible). The DS version also does for menus, but also for 1 second in the Menhir Hills when you look around inside the cave, just where the first cage is.

Dreamcast is a constant 60 no matter what.

  • The PC version runs well actually. I have it. Im interested in playing the DC version.

I didn't like the PSX version much though. Controls feel stiff, and frame rate feels like 25-15 FPS.

  • its realy a funny glitch and it was workd i was let see it my brother after skip the intro are there 99999999 and more raymans! later freeze my game if you wil see that 99999999 and more raymans go to my movie named rayman 2 glitch the rayman brothers

  • i try it to on the pc and it works! its a funny glitch

  • It works on the N64 version. I had to do it twice to make it work. Maybe I'll record it.

  • Finally I found Rayman 2 ROM for my N64 emulator.

Perhaps it works in the N64 version.

  • try it, if you wan't look at my video response thats what it will look like.

  • i didn't saw a second rayman o.o

  • Yeah, it didn't work on this version. I get word that it will happen on the others.

  • it maynot work the first time you try it. I tried it twice on the cpu version.
