  • You should do the Ideal Protein diet! - I'm not advertising for them or anything, I have just had lots of success! You lose weight fast which makes you more motivated to stick to it. Just my two cents!! Good luck!

  • I love the plan from Jackie Warner that she outlines in the book called "This is why you're fat" It sounds like it's very similar to the other ones that you are talking about, though. I like her book best since she's a trainer and outlines a detailed plan for eating AND working out. If you could ever find it cheap I recommend it. :-) You're right. Eating clean is the best way to drop weight fast.

  • 2) probably not natural in any way. Now I am just an average consumer and have to rely on what others research, so perhaps I am wrong. Perhaps straight up stevia leaves are ok... I really dont know. I am just staying away from all of it till I figure it out! I haven't found anythng where the ONLY ingredient was stevia leaf extract... if i could I would totally use in my oatmeal! Let me know where you get yours!! Thanks again!!! :)

  • 1) Hi Jennifer! Thanks for your comment. I was reading an article online (again taken with a grain of salt) which talked about Truvia and its generics not being any better than say Splenda or the aspartames. The ingredients are erythitol, rebiana, and natural flavors. the first is a sugar alcohol which isnt very good for the insulin response, the second while a stevia plant extract isnt the healthiest one from the plant, and the third being "natural flavors" could be anything chemical and.....

  • Love your videos :) ....It definitely sounds like this diet plan is better suited for you, both in results, the way you feel, and your general attitude. I agree with everything you said, with the exception of what you said about stevia. I use stevia in my tea and, at least in my stevia, there is only one ingredient listed (the stevia plant extract or w/e)...I was just wondering where you've heard that stevia is something you should use sparingly. I'm just genuinely curious about it. thnx!
