  • good stuff. i injured myself about a week ago and found out i could still get in a solid session by using the medicine ball and exercise bike simultaneously.

  • I got a medicine ball at the front desk of the hotel and didn't know what to do with it- this video was really helpful, I got a great workout. I am very tired after 6 min! Thanks!

  • I was far too distracted by the gangsta rap to even pay attention to the movements. Did you even consider what effect that choice would have on a global audience? We're not all in Chicago, you know. If this video was meant to promote your program you clearly made a bad business decision as far as the music goes.

  • Looks like a good workout, but be careful about calling it medicine ball training. You could do the same w/a dumbbell. MB training was intended to train total body coordination & movements. Do these exercises capture the full value of a MB. They break the body into segments, akin to comparing free weights & machines. View "Dynamax movement-based medicine ball training." It explains what med balls were originally intended for.

  • How dare you comment on my workout when your video's are so weak. The original intention doesn't matter, this isn't the 1960's pops. Check out some of my video's and make sure you take notes.

The purpose of my comment was not to turn this into a competition, rather, to simply share some knowledge. So let me understand this; if there is a better form of training you do not want to know about it?

  • 4.24 looks like a shoulder press to me, probably works lot more of the arm than the shoulders tho in the fact your having to stabalise holding the ball.
