bas2984 dude, other things is there to say?. If you play basketball, you need to all know how you can dunk, I simply just recently completed the coaching program at "50-inch-vertical(dot)com" - I wish I could've dunked when I was still in the local bball tournament! (Guess what, I'm just 5 7!)
bas2984 I'm 5 8 and I can do some crazy dunks. Honestly, anyone can do it, just workout the right way. I followed the workout at 50inch vertical[dot]com but any program could be followed if you know they work
