  • A true worker is someone whos family has moved to a country and built a life for themselves from nothing. These protesters sit on their asses and most if you speak to them will admit they have nice apartments in the city to go back to and nice uni courses to go back to once they get bored. Complete limp wristed 21st century liberals. Useful idiots

  • I'll just make it short and sweet. I agree completely.

  • SPIN, SPIN, SPIN - most of us know how economic collapse occurred -

you only preaching to rabid choir! GOP MUST GO!

  • 14.9 TRILLION $ of debt and counting, thanks to a private bank.

"Don't blame wall street for your problems" followed by "Is there corporate greed? yeah" "Is there too much political contribution from wall street? yeah". Sounds like you are confused about whats really going on.

  • your a pussy, and completely missed the whole point

  • @humanboy1221 haha im a pussy? way to make a valid point moron. Bring something to the table instead of personal attacks? or are you not educated?

  • @323sierraman your the one insulting people, stereotyping, and making yourself look like an idiot. Police are tools of the military industrial complex, your points are completly invalid the occupy wall street movement is just as much or more conservative than liberal because they support Ron Paul the most conservative member of congress. Also you are ignorant, police are macing people, punching people, and much worse.

  • @323sierraman Great video. Occupy are idiots. Even worse their corporate lobbyists, if you read the demands list they would ensure the survival of big corporations and ensure the destruction of small business or non profit organizations. Their ideas are very comparable to Hitler and the third reich....national socialism, global governence, wages only major oil company's could afford. I'm no conspiracy nut, but I wonder who is really behind Occupy's leadership?

  • "If you can't find work you are idiot." You're done.

  • Using computers, owning ipods, doesn't mean you can't be against the system. Realizing aspects of capitalism are corrupted, and taking a stand against corporate greed, isn't the same thing as being against all of capitalism. Anyway, what we have in this country is more like socialism for rich share holders, and abusive aspects of capitalism for everybody else.

  • Anti money?

  • you fucking suck. end of discussion. and btw Boston sucks.

  • If they are so left wing then why are Ron Paul supporters in the crowds? What is so left wing about getting corporate influence out of government?

  • This one tells about why you dont need to disperse if police tells you to in a protest.

Legality. Any restrictions imposed must have a formal basis in law. The law

itself must be compatible with international human rights law, and it must be sufficiently precise to enable an individual to assess whether or not his or her conduct would be in breach of the law, and what the consequences of such breaches would likely be.

  • principle . The state’s duty to protect peaceful assembly. It is the responsibility

of the state to put in place adequate mechanisms and procedures to ensure that the freedom of assembly is enjoyed in practice and is not subject to unduly bureaucratic regulation.

  • principle 1.

Presumption in favour of holding assemblies. As a fundamental right,

freedom of peaceful assembly should, insofar as possible, be enjoyed without regulation.Anything not expressly forbidden in law should be presumed to be permissible, and those wishing to assemble should not be required to obtain permission to do so. A presumption in favour of the freedom should be clearly and explicitly established in law.

  • Left wing or right wing would be the absolutely wrong way to categorize the people here in wall st, or in boston. This is a struggle between upper class who don't have to worry about their meal for the next 5 generation and the lower class who have been forced out of their home because they lost their job caused by the economy crises that we are in, which many large corporation are responsible for, including wall st.

  • you made a valid point that they are disturbing your daily life, and it is true that people should spend what they can, and although most of them may have no idea of what they are there for, but they do express a general conscience that something is wrong with America. They smells and are mocked by people who do not support them, but it doesnt stop more people from joining, and they have made their point and made the public noticed it. And lastly, your own point of view is not the 99% nor mine.

  • haha way to bring educated responses to the table. And great use of CAPS suzieq

  • Hope you LOSE EVERYTHING you Piece of SHIT AmeriCON RepubliCON and end up living under a bridge and shitting in a Shoebox.

  • read history

  • @YugiSora what history would that be...russia's china's or vietnams?

  • @323sierraman

Soooo sorry my mother was using my account. Loll Just ignore her. XD

  • @323sierraman

Read history of China between 1949 to 1989.

Read history of USSR, how they started and ended in the 90s.

Collapse of Russian communism had nothing to do with economy, but was caused by the immoral government official. They were so unlawful and lacks integrity, and they start to lose their status as the leader of the country. Eventually the people of Russia stood up for themselves.

  • Back to capitalism here in USA. What we have here in common with China and Russia back then is that the higher class have no concern of what our country is going through but simply make as much money as they can regardless of what so ever, which is the essential idea of capitalist.

  • @YugiSora

Capitalism promotes absolute freedom and allows the market and bank to do as they please while Communism promotes absolute control and owns every single property of the land. Although there hasn't been any history regarding capitalism extends to its fullest and collapse, but capitalism is just another extreme compare to communism (which collapsed long ago). Now history will repeat itself and that is any extreme idealism will come to an end, and move toward center.

  • @OdaNobunaga

Sorry I'm confused Math and Science are my subjects and this is not the same person who wrote, "read history." She was using my account accidentally.

  • The police brutality thing kills me, cops ask you to disperse, you disperse. You sit there and yell at them, you are going to get thrown onto th ground and slapped in cuffs, as well you should. This is America, you have the right to assemble, as long as you do it the RIGHT WAY. Great film kid, keep em up.

  • a) Right to peaceful assembly

This upholds the right to peaceful assembly which should not be denied except in situations of national security or public safety.

  • @boston93430 The right to violent assembly is not upheld. However, international standards limit the use of force by authorities in controlling peaceful or non-peaceful assemblies. International standards require that law enforcement officials should use force only as a last resort, in proportion to the threat posed, and in a way to minimize damage or injury.
