I suspect Mr.De Ambrosio is a beautiful person as he is a singer. Saw in the mid 90's as Phantom and sent him a thank you card for the absolute joy he gave me with his performance. One year to the day I rec'd a handwritten/signed letter back from him. To say my heart jumped over the moon would be an understatement. I had the ticket stub, playbill and letter in a scrapbook until lost on a move. Nonetheless that night is as memorable as it was then.

Thank you for using your God given talents. We saw your show in Traverse City, Michigan and I loved every minute. Then you saw us in a restaurant after the show. You were very humble and asked us if we were at the show. Thank you for asking, and thank you for your amazing gift of entertaining. I so needed a night away from real life. Loved it!!!!

I also had a chance to meet him. We were backstage and I left the group to sit because I was feeling ill (nothing contageous) and before I knew it I was speaking with Mr. d'Ambrosio. He was very down to earth, very friendly.
