  • Tipped over his sippy cup.

  • Every safety sticker on a rig is because you hired a stupid fuck.

  • All that pretty iron. All the stickers, caution tape, temp fencing, and a couple of hard hats. It comes to this? That paint looks fresh. Lack of experience? Naaaaaaaaahhhhh. Take another safety class.

  • A video would have been nice.

  • Wonder if it made a noise? LOL

  • & I agree- good music.

  • What town is this?

  • I liked the part where we saw it topple.

  • this video is lika watchin 4min.one demn pic!

  • Okay, just to clear up all the speculation about this. It was a case of the pin lock not being engaged, could happen to th best of us. The outrigger was forced in by the point loading of the crane coming over. And lastly, the crane in the last few pics of this compilation (with the boom launcher) is not the same one that tipped. The machine that tipped was a 200 ton Demag, the one with the boom launcher is a 500 ton Liebherr.

  • hey fuc kyou

  • I think the out rigger suggestion may be correct...looks like a topple backwards....it is easy to forget the effect of the counterweight in pulling a machine backwards

  • looks like the slew pin wasn't in and the superstructure has started turning as the crane is being driven and the weight of the ballast has pulled the crane over

  • Tell MR. Irving to grease all driveshaft U-joints before standing it back up ...Easy to get to now and you can find them in the sunlight. That main Boom is SHOT--Big Dent right at the base of it --Cut it off and turn the machine into a Tow Truck instead

  • Slew pin lock !!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • it went over backwards...on it's counterweights...can only be operator error.

  • thanks for a bunch of photos...

  • nice music faggot

  • It'll buff right out

  • what happend it that the locking pin didnt lock the turntable and went he pulled ahead the turntable turned and over went the crane....and thats the way to move the cranes with the boom up at a certain degree ...

  • whoa!!! That is quite the topple, EH?

  • @ZoeToots she went down with a bang for sure..

  • ya shure did lol

  • That is an expensive mistake for both sides...wheew...Gunney

  • @TruckingAtlasFilms2 unfortunately for us Gunney, we will never know what really happened..

  • glad the operator is ok

  • @jdawgsworld the operator got out on his own..lucky boy..

  • One word....D'oh!!!!

  • @Newfieguy89 if you noticed one of the out riggers was retracted..could be the reason..

  • @westsidemonster maybe they werent pinned...

  • I would say SHIT HAPPEN..

But i am glad to hear the operator is OK..

Well even with years of practice it can happy easily..

    Great video...THX fro share..Andy

  • @cat304C Haha, too funny!Get it out of sight, half of Saint John already saw it,and I heard about it at noontime at work here in Nova Scotia.I have to agree that it appears the operator was lucky not to get hurt worse than he did, probably pretty sore today though.

  • @cat304C I dropped by on my way home to check it out..what a mess..

  • Wow that's bad.

  • @Bobtrucker123 thats what you call a major malfunction..
