how old are you? im 18 and really wanting a nose job, thinking of going with dr rival but am more scared about the anesthesia then anything because iv heard some storys about teenage girls not waking up :|

Thanks for posting, I have a consultation with Dr. Rival booked in the next month so I've been minorly obsessed with skimming the internet for these sort of things. I'm not sure if you're planning to post more but f you wouldn't mind posting another update and maybe a before/after shot than that would be great. Also, I know it's kind of tacky to ask but an indication about the price range would be very helpful too. From what I can tell your nose is looking great by the way!

Thanks! I regret not doing a pre-op video, but I guess there's no going back now. I will show a before and after in my next upload. It's probably even tackier to say, but after taxes and the "surprise expenses" they throw at you, I paid $7k+ in total. And I had to annoy the staff to get an invoice! If you can look past the staff service, the doctor is really amazing and competent. I was just 100% focused on the end result, not the experience.

How's was the overall recovery? Did the medication help? How is the cold wind affecting the condition of the nose? I'm thinking of scheduling this on late January, but am considered about the winter and how it will affect my recovery.

This is a great procedure to get done in the winter; I did not miss the outdoors during my 1 week recovery indoors. The only medication I got was a tube of Polysporin to heal the stitched septum and Tylenol 3 for potential pain (it was not necessary for me). The cold outside has no impact on it. If anything, I think it's healthy to take a stroll outside and get some fresh air.
