@MissSexHead No, they are clipped in securely. Also, notice that she is brushing gently just on the surface of her hair, and not using a lot of force. If your brush bristles or comb teeth are touching your scalp, you are pushing too hard and then, yes, you may rip out the clips. Just be gentle and they stay in fine.
