I play American Football in the most competitive Highschool League in America and I also play rugby, both are very physical and brutal sports, Rugby may not include pads but there is not as much space in order for one to hit there opponent, in American football one can have 15-20 yards to move and slam there opponenet especially wen its a receiver catching a ball blindly in the middle, the funny thing is more people have died playing American football than rugby, its nothing to b proud of
