Nothing wrong with this I think..It happens all the time where I live. Tattooing isnt painful at all and if the kids asked for it then there isnt much to say. I think that parents should have exerted some thinking on their part but until a child is older they dont have the courage to say I dont want to or anything like that. Also, these type of tattoo's fade away really quick, so its not like these kids are "going to be messed up later on in life" Honestly dont see where some ppl get this idea's

@etierik well, we can say that there's at least some progress here, because in States they used to sterilize 'less valuable' individuals, so they couldn't have kids at all. we live in more 'humane' times. thing is they don't take children away for rapes and such things only - in the UK you can say goodbye to your kids if they're obese, in Germany - for homeschooling, in Poland - for mess in the house, and so on. they surely know best for our kids.
