  • Your third gripe was Fuck The Facts canceling early October because they were hoping to tour with Phobia who decided not to tour because no one could get time off from their jobs. Then Phobia canceling who couldn't arrange for a flight that we at last minute were not going to pay for because unless it was 500 strong in their nobody was going to get paid. With Phobia and Fuck The Facts we only expected 300-350 in attendance spread over 2 days. Still however attendance was just under 200.

  • HAHAHAHAHA FUCK YOU MY DOPE GAME IS TIGHT

  • Shit happens dude get over yourself. People come out to see bands they know. If no one knows who you are you can't expect them to show just up. That's nothing a band should blame on either a promoter or the 'scene'. You sound pathetic.

  • @dixiegrindergurl we never blamed the scene, we had fun. We didn't really blame anyone, but that doesn't change the fact that it was a bit of a fiasco.

  • Ok, maybe Hot Graves is to blame for this fiasco, but there has been nothing negative said about Savannah on here. We made the best of it. We met a lot of nice folks and had a good time... didn't mean to offend.

  • Hot Graves doesn't deserve Savannah.

  • @vodkawar13 I don't see how an entire town is brought into this. we had a great time in savannah. Dude just seemed in way over his head. big fuckin' deal, it happens all the time.

  • @biggaB Calling something a fiasco is to set blame for something going awry. In this case you state the promoter was way over his head but without specifics. I prefer the courtesy of a private discussion in a professional way but since you have already done me the disservice of griping on the internet. Let's air the dirty laundry for the public. and see where I got over my head so I can walk on water next time.

  • @BTWITBFM okay, how about this, i'll change the language ov the clip, because it was basically meant to be harmlessly comical to the point ov : here is an extremely stupid rap song at a metal fest and some foolish people making asses ov themselves. this is the "best" thing that happened all weekend. ha ha ha. sarcasm. i just like using fancy italian-sounding words like "fiasco". for the record we saw a ton ov great bands, had a great time, and obviously made the most ov our time there.

  • @biggaB No, I want to become a better promoter so I can build FTTA into a fest bands want to come to and leave happy so let's talk about this so next year I can be comfortable knowing everything was right and I can sleep soundly. Now number two your gripe was getting paid. My records show I gave you guys and Tombstalker $75.00 each after Strong Intention was given their gaurantee. So basically you got paid over a $1.00 per head.

  • @BTWITBFM i don't remember creating a list ov gripes that we had against anything or anyone. As it has been stated, we had a blast. We posted this video because it is us and our friends having a good time, I don't understand why it was made to be all about you. there were way weirder factors that contributed to the strange nature ov the weekend that had nothing to do with the show at all, i know you remember that crazy drunk bitch.

  • @biggaB So in that respect if either band had felt it should have been paid more I feel that was the time to raise issue not here. But I based my decision on giving you guys the rest of the split and not more because I had gaurantees with other bands I knew would draw better whose deals were only for $100. Also, my e-mail records show that I promised you guys between $50 and $125 depending on attendance.

  • @BTWITBFM

    @BTWITBFM

    1. You first gripe is lack of attendance. For the line-up Friday in Shadow Of Creation, Strong Intention, Hot Graves, Tombstalker, Indian Giver, and Ammon total paid attendance was 63. a) neither Strong Intention nor Hot Graves had ever been in Savannah before but the were bands I was willing to take a chance on and promote as part of the fest. I guess in that respect I should not have booked either band. And just kept the fest to one day.

  • And a lot of people actually stayed home because Phobia canceled. Bands like you kill a scene because you're not happy. Dude Lionel busted his butt off promoting the fest, Promoting your band for you so should say thank you or shut the fuck up.. Because there is at least 1,000 people that now at least know who the fuck Hot Graves is. But instead of building off of that no you rip the very scene he promoted you to. Fuck off.

  • Therefore the only band left on the bill will any real draw in Savannah was Cough. Sorry but eveybody else nobody was too familiar with. They maybe be 'big' in Gainesville but Hot Graves, Black Pussy, Man Will Destroy Himself, are not very well known in Savannah so if they walked with more than 50 in their pockets than that's really really good.. Because both nights they actually had to drop the price of the door and make deals to the people who only came out to see Phobia. And

  • Bands dropping off the bill due to their own poor planning is not within the control of the fest or Savannah. It's not like the promoter could actually drag either band to the fest. If I understand right one band from speaking with the bass player of one band members waited until the last minute to make flight arrangements. The other band who was booked by Zach of Strong Intention decided around early October not to tour and therefore couldn't really afford to come down for one show.

  • This actually sucks. But it seems like you were having a good time. I think for the most part everyone else had a good time too. Not an overwhelming turnout but there really wasn't an overwhelming band on the bill. Hopefully it's a better line-up next year. But to say Savannah was a complete fiasco would be a severe overstatenment and a slap in the face.

  • @vodkawar13, well not be a dick, but for the record, there were some really good bands on the roster, but 2 of them canceled due to poor planning. And the bands that played were under-paid cause there weren't many people there . So it feels like a fiasco from a band's perspective.
