That is a fool comment. The native Americans weren't organized in to a soveriegn country and their culture didn't recognize private land ownership the way the Europeans did. So the immigrants weren't illegal in the modern sense.

The difference is after 1776, the US government has the right to tell anyone who doesn't go through customs or have a valid work VISA to be in this country to kick rocks.

I have been listening to this guy since way back when i was in high school. 10 years ago he wasn't such a tough guy against Mexicans. I remember one day in particular (Summer 1999) when he was praising his "Hispanic Audience." He said the construction industry would collapse if all the Hispanics were to suddenly leave the country. I say we send massive trains to Mexico, I'm talking (6) 5,000 HP Union Pacific locomotives with 750 cars. Mixed trains, illegal aliens, nuclear waste, and just regular municipal solid waste. On the way back, the trains will carry oil and gold from Mexico back to the US.
If this program doesnt't work, it could be modified by deporting Mexicans to Nigeria or even better France, in order to discourage swimming back to the US.
