I don't think you ready to learn martial arts if when messed with, you choose violence instead of non-violence to deal with your issues. As long as you have a mindframe where people, problems will be solved by force, you will never progress past the basic levels of martial spirit, no matter your technical prowess.

I liked this fight scene. But the move he used at the end to knock the gun out of the way was a little unbelievable for me. You would have to be beyond Bruce Lee's level of skill to be able to pull off a move like that and not get shot dead. Other than that it was very good. love the look on his face when the music cues up.
