  • You don't look obese. Just very chubby. I'm 288 and 5'8 and I can do pushups with ease but as for burpees... I'm gonna need alot of practice before attempting any sort of challenge.

  • Hey, bro, I think 225 will be far too light for your frame. You are really muscular. Probably closer to 235 or 240 actually.

  • Nice way for losing wight! Keep it up man. Try doing your own workout programme. Example:Mon- Workout A Tue-Rest Wed- Workout B Thurs-Rest Fri- Workout A Sat+Sun-Rest Mon- Workout B Tue-Rest Wed- Workout A Thurs-Rest Fri- Workout B (...) And for example at A you should do planks,squats,push ups(try variations like pseudo,diamond,clapping...) and burpees(than you will put your upper body in real stress) And for B try pull or chin ups and running, cycling, etc...
