  • "...caused by the building aging in Philadelphia." Yup...Should've put that building in Indianapolis. The slower pace and more moderate winters allow for more graceful aging.

  • Looks as if they never had a chance to stabilize that left wall after what had been on the left went down. I wonder what the owner of the place on the right was thinking after this. Who's next?
