The exchange rate is always changing, but as of now, 100 yen is about $1.12.

Of course - paypal accepts all currencies. It'll exchange automatically if you make a payment into another currency.

Isn't yen pronounced en though? Just thought I'd ask. :P

Yeah, it's pronounced "en" in Japanese, but "yen" in English, so both are right. That's about right - the exchange rate is always changing though.
