This video pertains to self reasurance. She (you) knows she looks good. There is no reason for you to participate in such an extreme program. Walk daily, eat more fruit, consume a moderate amount of protien taking care to measure the protien in accordance to your current weight, jump rope and get your heart up.

I already have Vegan-Gluten-Free eating habits, I dance professionally 16 hours a week also about 40 min of cardio in addition to this (p90X) workout....

No seafood, candy, fried food, fast food or soda, only organic...

Think I haven't been putting in effort already?

Plus I meditate, do yoga and have a regimen of spiritual practices I do daily, which is not including my other chores, errands, and friends and family.

You will be nice a lean considering where you are starting from. My friend and I just started last week. I have completed one round about 1.5 years ago, but this time we will get the best results ever. Good luck there is a good community of P90Xers on Youtube that help keep you going.
