  • @pferdedame3008

Nein,Helen langehanenberg reiter ihn jetzt.

  • Bring this elastic movement back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is a REAL example of Dressage and better to watch than current World Grand Prix Champs!!! and ex Champ!!

  • Amazing how forward and floating this horse is compared to rollkur trained horses. He's actually got impulsion!

  • How nice to see a trot where the rear really pushes the horse forward into the riders soft hands rather than pushes the horse onto the forehand and BTV.

  • Wow!

  • absolutely perfect!! she is such a great rider! no force, no stress, natural movements of the horse.. and no hyperflexion.. admirable work.. this is how dressage art looks like.. K.

  • Simply Awesome

  • das ist reale Ausbildung!

  • Not quite perfect but a very good, smooth ride. The horse seems content, a rare thing in these rollkur days.

XD

  • Lovely!!!

  • she is a really good rider and the stallion is brilliant

  • wow the dressage arena looks almost to small for his giant strides!

  • Ingrid is truly what a Dressage rider is supposed to be. No tension here! Notice how relaxed her thighs are. No pinching, grabbing, yanking or pulling. Superb, relaxed, and fluid riding. The horse is a correctly trained classical ball of energy. Absolutely incredible! He is so relaxed, forward, through, and truly engaged at all times. The Klimke's are my heroes for sure.

  • wow!!! awesome discription :D

  • THANK YOU!!! I was starting to think no one understood me when I talked about the ball of energy! Nice to know some more people know this style of training because it seems to be the only correct way to get what you want from a horse.

  • LOVE Ingrid & this horse, so beautiful, horse is moving so freely without tension, true forward engagement.... in front of the vertical... same wonderful attributes as her father. Just awesome.

  • Beautiful horse. Fantastic ride. Fluid, forward, the horse is relaxed, willing, attentive. Love it. A+++++++++++++.

  • many times underrated rider

  • Ingrid is one of my favourite riders (if not my favourite ;)).

I really enjoy watching her. This is how riding should look like!

    Amazing!

  • After watching this, its so much more obvious how tight some of the GP horses are nowadays. Way to go Ingrid, lovely to see a horse that's so free.

  • lol this horse must be a freakin powerhouse to ride. I love how she pats him after the second flying change which was MUCH better than the first, so cute.

  • Yes! Lovely! More evidence of how combined training makes for better dressage.

  • i agree shnookems... it's shocking to see the difference between this and today's dressage "champions"... this horse is allowed to use his neck for balance and moves without tension!

  • If I had a mare, she would be having that stallion's baby. Love that stallion. Love Ingrid Klimke. You cannot beat this. It's is AMAZING.

  • She may be a self-proclaimed "eventer at heart", but she rides dressage just like her father which is a blessing nowadays in a dressage world full of rollkur and force.

So nice to see. And I love that stallion too.

  • Her father also was an Olympic eventer before turning to dressage.

And people say we eventers cant do dressage...

  • That was really beautiful! did she win?

  • I hope not, its an evil ride!

  • what?

  • yep!

  • oh go fuck yourself if you cant come up with a better answer!

  • jesus woman, you and your ametist really suck!! you know shit about dressage!!

  • you now shit about dresage? what does that mean? :)I would like to see you ride honey !

  • you would be surprised sweetie!

  • haha yea in your dreams I would.

  • oii man shut the hell up aye? This ride is extremely good and if you can critisize it then dont watch it. If you knew anything about dressage you would know that this horse is extremely good, the fact that it has such big free movement in a snaffle bridle. Also, the horse ametist is extremely good and is at a great standard of high level work. Dont be such a fuck head and critisize things that you could only ever dream of being!

  • hahahahah, funny, little friends are getting together, how sweet!!

  • I can't remember critisizing any rider!! you should learn to read sweetie!! I just wrote it was an evil ride and that 6year old horses shouldn't go like that, so... never wrote anything about Ingrid, in fact, I like her as a rider, just like I'm a big Ankyfan, so get off my back and get a life will you!!

  • you really dont' get it hé. you are so dumb, is retard the only word in your vocabulary? keep going to scool little boy, you need it real bad!!! so sad, but I'm wasting my time here...good luck to Ingrid, Damon Hill (one of the finest horses in the world!), Anky (queen of dressage!), and you to sweetie!!

  • I'm surprised you recognize this horse as being good, Jaccko, I'm sure this is the first time I can agree with you.

  • Well it has big movement that makes you want to watch. Its been trained very well, i just generally like it alot. No suprise :)

  • Yes, the horse has big movement, but it is also very correct.

You seem to have no ability to discern between "big movement" and "correct". Big moving horses are not neccessarily correct.

I'll say it yet again... if big moving horses are what excites you, you really ought to get into Saddleseat. Dressage is about a lot more than flashy knee action.

  • Jaccko14, you just have no clue about the principles of classical dressage. If you can give me a link where Anky's Salinero is either ON the vertical or IN FRONT of the vertical - I'll be very surprised! So far I can't find anything showing Salinero with his ears as the highest point when ridden. She does not ride correct.

As for this ceratin videoclip it really touched my heart to see an absolut superb performance!

  • Jaccko's drinking the Anky-is-amazing Kool-Aid y'all...

I like how cranking a horse's head to its chest is a "better training method than classical." It sounds, you know, pleasant.

  • you are so very right- "big moving horses are not neccerssarily correct".

Ingrid is a beautiful rider, just like her father. Wouldn't he be nice if he could have taught us all how to ride. Perhaps then none of the horrid "show" dressage that goes on today would be happening.

  • Also I am at a loss as to how you cannot discern the difference between this kind of free, uphill riding in front of the vertical with actual engagement, as opposed to the cramped, overflexed, out-behind riding of you-know-who.
