In real life, there is no 22 Bleecker Street. And if there was, it would be not in the West Village like in the movie, but on the Lower East Side, a one-minute walk from the site of CBGB, not exactly a place for the squeamish.
But anyone who can stand to be around Michael Douglas is not squeamish.
