antony: It means "Heart Of An Awl". An awl is a sharp tool used to puncture leather. French traders allegedly named the local Indian tribe the Coeur d'Alene because of their sharp trading practices. Some believe that "Heart of the Awl" means "Eye of the Needle", perhaps referring to the narrow passage through which the lake empties into the Spokane River on its way to the the Columbia river. I would like to make this song the official song of my channel. I hope that's Ok with you = )

I love the overall sound of this song, I can just fall asleep (and that is a compliment, I cant usually fall asleep to music).
Coeu d'Alene is THE greatest city in Idaho for sure. Raised here my entire life, loving every second of it.
But thats just me. :) Keep on keepen' on man!

Most people from IDAHO can't even say the name, so its entirely understandable.
Actually from what i learned from my french friends we say it wrong too.
Apparently its supposed to be "Coo - r- da - lean)
