@TheTristan1954 Agree'd. The subtleties just aren't there, the power needed. "Parsifal" is easily my least favourite oeuvre of Wagner, but still... he does not suit the role.

...dass so jemand Parsifal singen darf, spricht fuer die Not der Wagnerintendanten. Es gibt offensichtlich keine Tenoere mehr. Vogt klingt grausam, unmusikalisch.... Oh Gott wie furchtbar...!!!

Interesante producción del Liceu en referencia a las voces y la dirección musical de Michel Boder. La cariiiiisima dirección artistica de Claus Guth decepcionante, un bluf.
