u can get it by killing tenpenny at the top of his tower or doing the quest line for that chicks book in megaton in the shop..going to the minefield and a guy will keep snipin ya..just kill him and take it..either way :P

after you have beaten the game- can you start a new game on harder difficulty but KEEPING your old character? ( with all of the stats- items, ect)?????

well i did on this save..i got a good guy too..and this sid mission was the only time i had contact with him..none further in the game so far.

I don't get it, why do you get to freeze time and select the body part you're going to shoot? Seems like it would make things a little too easy.

Each shot has a certain chance of hitting that body part and unless you completly pour your points into certain skills like commando or a really high level you wont get results like this.

its fun..but i wouldnt say easy..u actually have higher chances to miss with it..but they get better if u choose wisely in skills..ur garenteed a shoot if u aim without it..u can headshot without it as well....the freeze frame is basiclly for effect "shock n aww"..esp when a head pops off or 2..

its on my other video.but its a single Ati 4870 for right now..debating on selling it and getting a 4870x2 or buying 2 more 4870s and going Tri Crossfire with them..doing research to find the difference in performance. no real luck yet.
