these comments are priceless! to be honest with you, we had never heard of train watching before until we posted this video and read your comments. we were already going out to the woods because we'd heard about an old abandoned train wreck. on our way out we decided to turn the camera on and act serious. can't get in trouble for trespassing if the tracks aren't in use anymore can you? you can hear a train in the distance, on different tracks. ya'll are dorks, just laugh at the stupid video!

I want to like it because it's done so well. It's like Reno 911 - so stupid, it's funny. But unfortunately there's nothing funny about trespassing on the railroad and playing on the tracks. I'm not going to preach to you about the hazards, I'm sure you're aware of them, but rather the neg. affect such behavior has on railfans who practice the hobby of "train hunting" responsibly. And to post evidence of your wrongdoing (a nice way to say "criminal trespass" only compounds the problem. Cheers!

Well, since you admittedly don't like trains, you wouldn't understand why I care if they're trespassing. Simply put though, the railroads don't want people on or near their tracks. When they see shit like this, they make things hard on railfans like me who practice the hobby responsibly. That means I get told to leave or get harassed by railroad cops and that's not cool. They think idiots like these are railfans even though they're clearly not.
