Nice work on the background vocals. Great dynamic contast Cleaner singing than I've seen with other groups on the same song.
I know this is an east coast thing, but the director is distracting from the performance, plus over directing. After the first couple of measures the group can manage to stay on beat for themselves. Its the little things like dynamics or cut offs or the special entrance near the end where direction is maybe necessary. the V.P. can keep the tempo.
