ingrediants for the TEA.... 8 cup water, 6 tbs green tea. mulethi (licorice), hari ilachi (cardamom), podina, simmer them to 6 glass, add borwn sugar or honey... best to reduce belly
CREAM TO REDUCE FAT...4 tbs lanolin,2 tbs bees wax, 2 tbs emulsifying wax, 5 tbs sunflower oil, 6 tbs water, 2 tbs glycerine, 2 tbs borax cream, mix them togther n cook them for a while.. apply on hips thighs n belly . n wear belt or malmal ka kapra.. best to lose weight
