@benomind I would have to say, that I like the first two movements a little more than I like the third. but the intire piece is amazing! Brahms is fast becoming my favorite composer.
@frixyvlog there is a currently available DVD of Perlman playing Brahms/Beethoven with Barenboim/Berlin Phil. i don't remember what year it was filmed, it was first released 2005. vintage Perlman, but not quite as good as Heifetz/Reiner, the alltime greatest Brahms.
I cannot figure out which movement is which... What order are these supposed to go in, so I may listen to them properly?!
