  • Okay, I've been reading all these comments with people trying to advertise products talking about ab workouts that helped them loose all their stomach fat. This is ridiculous, there is no such thing as spot reduction. Loosing weight is about diet and general exercise. Please stop advertising here.

  • Oh hello! Have you heard the talk about - fast abs magic (do a search on google)? Ive heard some great things about it and my work buddy got detailed 6 pack abs and lost a lot of belly fat with it.

  • Before working out i suggest you to do some cardio workout for 10-15 mins or so to keep your muscles warmed up and easier. . .

  • @J110ify Drill the basics! They are super important. On google search "parkour dilution" and read the article by blaneuk. Watch the Jump documentaries. Condition, practice, and most importantly have fun!

  • @chino3654 its healthy because you are working out. doesnt matter what time of the day. just remember not to have a feast before or right after your workouts

  • err this isn't exactly relivant to this work out but i assume this is where i might get a fast answer for my question...

    Q: when i do my precision jump practice (the one where you jump to specific spot from one specific spot) well as im throwing my hands & arms foward to increase momentum, my hands strain like crazy so much that it affects the whole jump because i stop and grab my hand mid jump--- this is 3rd day of my practice and im wondering if this will just go away(like the pain in my abs)

  • Thats a very good work out.Thanks for uploading.I would also like to point out for the beginners that a decent warmup and stretch is very important before u do this kind of tranning to avoid muscle cramps and muscle damage ,i know it sounds kind of obvious but is very IMP.Thanks again : ) will be waiting for more vids.

  • How many times a week should you do this workout? Everyday? Or every other day with breaks in between?

  • The plank and leg lifts are the quickest way to build core strength (for myself) That's what I do when I train at least.

  • thanks a lot modus, i've been aching to add some ab work into my parkour training but all i could think of was knees to elbows and sit ups

  • u should have atleast on rest day per week or one every three day or two during the week with 5 day workout

  • working out everyday is counter productive but an excersice like parkou everyday is healthy but if u dont allow your muscles to rest after abs or other workouts youll damage them.

  • @AfroNinja101SK what kind of work out is it cus if its all weights and core work out then that can damage but if its also running ang weights then its fine cus u need to do double the amopunt of time you spend doing weighs doing cardio to balance it!

  • Good stuff. I'm a chick, and starting looking into this stuff just to tone up - but we starting rock climbing and it gave me an edge as well! I didn't realize how much the core was important for most sports. But, it's good to have. Thanks for taking the time to post. :D

  • im doing almost the same things 15 mins x3 times per day but now i just cant stretch because my muscles are doing painn ;s wtf

  • DON'T over do it. People will tell you not to work out your same muscle groups every day. They are mostly right about that. For most major muscles you should do a day on and a day off. But abs you can usually work every day. One day go hard for 12:00 minutes of abs. the next do 6:00. DON'T over do it, or you can hurt yourself. Remember to strech.

  • Well what ever floats your boat :P but I wouldn't continue that serious of a training program if your in physical pain.

  • have twice the stretch time as you do your normal workout time. if you workout for 10 minutes every time, stretch for 20 minutes. flexibility is key in almost everything.

  • This is probably one of the best and low impact workouts I've done for my lower back. Do want. :D

  • the abs can supposedly be worked to near exhaustion almost everyday, i wouldnt want to test that theory though
