Thank you so much for finding and posting this! Juliette Ball was my aunt and I thought I had seen most footage with her in it, but had not seen this. If I had seen this just a little over a year ago she could have named the others you don't have the names for. Yes, so many unsung black entertainers, thank you for helping to keep them alive!
Thank you for posting this and identifying some of the chorus. I love watching Lena in this because she is clearly having fun and enjoying herself. Later on, at her own admission, she built a wall of ice around herself, and adopted a somewhat detached and aloof stage/screen persona. In this MGM musical number she really sheds her inhibitions and lets herself go! What a wonderful lady/artiste.
One of the few roles she did during her time in Hollywood where her character actually had a name. Shame the role couldn't have been integrated in the story.
