john hutchinson is a genuis! no doubt the us military already are aware of resonant frequency technologies, all from nikola tesla's work and have been using such technologies for countless black projects. people need to start accepting that this tech has been around since 1900's and we only think it to be impossible as that is what we are taught. schools do not really educate people as they should, as education is more a form of information control.
