I haven't seen the entire movie of Pay It Forward, but I believe that he sang this song at the end of the movie after Trevor died and the people area bringing the lights to his parents' house. Maybe if you look up, Haley Joel Osment/Billy Gilman - What's Forever For on youtube, you might see what I mean lol. And I totally agree, his voice is INCREDIBLE! =D
Billy's voice now is truly awesome and this clip is a treat and nobody has compared to him in ages...like a young Elvis, Billy is the real deal...bravo Billy!!!
