@fitnessmaster Becuase it is easier to limit the range of motion. You don't want your elbows going below your back, it could hurt your shoulders. AND; he wants to show people how to build a great body without expensive equipment. He explains it in many videos.
@Carljoakimmm Upright-less Bench is NOT expensive. More of that - i don't so much belive, that witout supplying FULL range of motion you can extract some benefit from lying dumpbell press.

doing bench presses with your elbows flared all the way out (like a T shape) will screw up your rotator cuffs... he calls these chicken presses, but theyre just how you should perform bench press normally...
@jodhan23 not really, this is how peple tend to perform chest press with dumbbells normally, because I agree I dont go as "co-linear" as he mentioned, but when people use a barbell in normal bench press they are mostly t shaped

I am struggling to put on mass. I am trying to eat chicken a lot and veg. Both have nothing added. Going to Gym as well.
But its really hard to cook 3- 4 times or more. I struggle to even look at breakfast. Years of not eating it.
I run my own business and there is sometime little time left especially 9-5.

hi iv been following your work out plan and it includes 20 minutes of cardio such as jogging. now its not mentioned if it should be after or before resistance training.
also charles poliquin says in mens fitness " quit cardio, a jog... is going to burn...calories" needed "to build muscle, Lift hard. eat, rest, repeat" is this true?
