@jspringer86 just because certain things are older doesn't mean they're better. i'm not a douche that thinks what's playing on the radio these days is better than older stuff. this always leads back to music being based on opinion, but if you look at the lyrics of both songs, pac's lyrics are obviously much deeper. however, how can you make someone else's song better? you can't; it's opinion, as always. people DO experience songs differently because everyone is different, but try and be unbiased

@jspringer86 Hey, the beatles were only together for, what, 5-7 years( dont quote me on that im just guessing right now ) and look how much music they made and how it changed the future of not only music in general, but producing, mixing, etc.. They pioneered that shit. Hendrix was the same, he was only famous for a blink of an eye and he changed how people think about electric guitar. Pac and Biggie did the same for rap.

Tupac was and still is a brilliant musical mind. With varying styles to his musical/lyrical talent. As I said before, I love them both. But Lynyrd Skynyrd fails in comparison.
