ive been listenin to this album since a small child. im only 16 now but i feel much older. shawn mullins makes u think of how life really is for the ppl who dont worry too much about it. hes one of the bigest inspirations behind my music. i love shawn as a man and artist.
A Philly girl born and bred but when I hear this song I think of the 6 months I spent in mountains of Haysi Virgina with my lil brother. Best and most peaceful time of my life. Whenever the weather is right and it looks like a Virgina day I always put on shawn and call my brother. Thank you so much for posting this song, I didnt think anyone else got it the way I do. My best friend Jody was a real big guy looked like the meanest hells angel in the bunch but was really as nice a person as you would ever meet. We would get drunk and end up listening to this song and singing along. It always reminded me of how he and I met and how we hit it off on day one like long lost friends. This song has always reminded me of him and better days. Lost Jody to a rare throat cancer some 4 years ago and as a Man I have no problem admiting that I tear up when I hear this song!
i need a woman who can enjoy things like this as much as i do...why people can't drink and smoke and relax....i will never understand. nor will i ever grow up.

I LOVE THIS SONG! It has always been one that I come back to. It makes my soul feel awake. Gives the tear ducts a good workout too.
