Also, to anyone who wants to know what type of knife that is - it's a Cutco knife (as far as I can tell anyways).

I used to sell them back in the day (they are a Network Marketing company, but their knives are seriously amazing - I still own a bunch!).

Put a wet towel under the cutting board, to keep the board from sliding, before it slips and causes a injury, with that huge knife
