Nah, it's right now just a server & client with multithreading. Never got around to doing multiclient support, figured it was too much work for a half-semester project.
Yes. You have to be an active, paying member of the Creators Club to have your game on Xbox Live. That means that you have to keep dishing out 100 bucks a year if you want it to stay up there. :(
Why not both!? If you're using XNA, you'll have a Windows build and a 360 build of the game, from the same source code. Maximize your potential! :) Xbox Live also just opened up Indie games to 4 more countries, so it's something to consider.
thats not true your game once uploaded stays forever (while the xblig service goes off) without the subscription you wont be able to upload any modifications besides from what was previously submitted
Pickin' sticks, the universal, beginners tutorial game, now in C#!
Any pickin' sticks port is a good port, I only have limited experience with C# , however (made a bunch of visual C# apps from my beginners book I bought back in '07)
Is this a hint that we'll be seeing more XNA games in the future, or have you stayed away from the dark side and kept making stuff in good old C++? :D
Boy, that dog sure loves picking sticks.

Sahweet! I think the Xbox Live world is ready for that awesomeness that is Pickin' Sticks. I say go for it!
They also just added Avatar support. Pickin' up sticks with customizable avatars would be pretty nifty as well. ;)

Oh yeah, I had another question about XNA-
When your year-subscription ends, does that mean your game is not hosted on the Creators Club / whatever it's called on the 360 anymore?

Ahh. That's a little poopy. I guess it's up to the fans whether or not it'll stay on yearly!
I think I might make a couple games before I get a subscription (er, besides pickin' sticks)

I'm kind of wondering lately if it'd make more sense to just try to get my games released on Steam instead of the XNA stuff. Any ideas?

Awesome, that's good to know. I really figured the game would get whacked along with your subscription.

We'll have to see how much XNA I can learn without internet access, hopefully I can port some things and maybe get a Creators Club subscription. ;o

only bad thing about XNA ... it isn't free to port to console >8| ... oh , and it uses C# ...
Or can one use C++ in it aswell?
