what is she khampa or amdo bcuz when she sings in tibetan she has neither dialect she has a chinese accent does she even speak tibetan?

some tibetan children who live in big city like xining cant speak there mother tongue . caz they have to learn in chinese school. same to tibetan who live in US.

Kelsang Metok(格桑梅朶), She is native speaker of Rgyalrongic(ChiaRuer) language.
Rgyalrongic, Qiang words or Mandarin words were imported a lot.
Qiang song plots one syllable par one note, Maybe, she can't speak Tibeto language. U-Tsang, Amdo, Kampa neither.
Second person as GeXiJiang(格西江) spoken in Sichuan dialect Mandarin.
Sichuan dialect is not standard Mandarine.
I Guess They use Sichuan dialect Mandarin, Qiang and Rgyalrongic language.
