He has the wrong hair most of the time. See the difference between the way his face looks when he has the hair done a specific way and when a hat or something is covering the entire scalp. He looks much better when his hair is covered. The shape of his hair shapes his face weird. He should almost gets it completely shaven but maybe a tad left towards the front.
