The odd shape of your late cucumbers is likely due to poor pollination. It takes a minimum of eleven (!) visits by a pollinator for the plant to produce a fully-formed cuke.
Have you considered bees? Raw, unpasteurized honey in your pantry, with a side benefit of great pollination for all your fruit trees.

PS Do you have plans for your chicken tractors? Do you also have a permanent coop?
My tomatoe plants are looking strange. The very botton leaves are turning yellowish, I just put them in the ground a couple days ago, these ones are heirloom's so is that normal?
can you do one on radishes and peppers?

Tomatos shed leaves a lot. All my seedlings are yellowing a bit, but starting to recover. It is part of the Shock of transplant I think.
