I first became familiar with them via their cover of "Footsteps in the Dark" -- the companion video got a lot of play on BET back in the day! After that, I started discovering more of their music and really took to their first album!

I was actually surprised that they didn't have a third album -- considering that they had two top-10 R&B hits from that second album! But it might have been mostly on the strength of airplay...or maybe their support at the record company left. They really pulled a disappearing act!

I hope they are at least grooming other good talent to walk in their footsteps...LOL. I must say, I just cant get enough of the few songs they did make. I find myself playing them over and over.

OMG. I used to love Body. Especially Footsteps in the Dark. I cannot believe that I haven't seen this video or heard of this song, because I was a true Video Soul fan. I let this one slip by me. But, anyway thanks for posting it, it's gonna be a new fav of mine by Body.
