  • Thank you. Glad you noted about it drying/moisturizing.

  • i got the peppermint ... good for redness as peppermint oil is a natural anti inflamatory and thats whats in the castile soap...also that peppermint is great for summer makes my face sooooooo cooled even after i rinsed! luv it !

  • @macabrechaos That's great, glad you like the soap!

  • safe to bathe your dogs with, clean carpet stains, grease cutter, toothpaste, body wash, hair shampoo, cleans counter tops, dishes, pre-treating stains, wash your clothes w/,

  • Thanks for the info!

  • I purchased the small bottle of this today from WHOLE FOODS, I've only washed my hands with it so far...it smells really really nice. I'll have a shower with it tonight...I hope I like it enough to get a bigger bottle.

  • Glad you like it!

  • How strong is the almond smell?

  • Not too strong, it dissipates after it rinses clean.

  • ...I use this product, it is gr8!

  • It sure is!

  • I have heard good things about this product and I loved your pithy review. Thanks for sharing.

    Blessings.

  • It's great, you won't regret the purchase. It has so many different uses also!

  • Is your skin sensitive Jenny? If your skin isn't then it is okay. If it isn't I would recommend that people stay far away from it. I tried it one time and omg, break out city

  • As far as my body goes, no. But you already know about my face lol. If I happen to run out of my facial soap I would lather a drop or two in my hand and wash my face. I'm waiting on a new face soap so dr. bronner's will have to do for now.

  • LOL

  • this is what i use to wash my face. i use the peppermint. it is AMAZING. the peppermint tingles and makes your skin feel cold and fresh.

  • Just so you know, that is not true at all. Pepperment is very very comedogenic. I read it in a book by the Paula Begoun, the Beauty Bible. It is an acne causing ingredient.

  • really? well i'm lucky enough to not have acne. i have a very clear complexion. thats why i'm surprised to hear that about peppermint. i been using it for years. i was talking about dr bronners magic soap in peppermint. i love it. but like i said nothing ever breaks me out so i guess its different for everybody.

  • Yes I know you were. Any cleanser or soap that contains pepperment can cause acne. A product can not irritate your skin and then it can start too. I am not sure why that is, but it can. I dont know. Its weird. Anyway, take care

  • i love this soap! great review, nice n' short but gives all the info!

  • love me some organic soaps!!

  • Me too, I'm glad I made the switch.

  • thanks for the review

  • No problem!
