ok seriously... HOW CAN YOU GET PASSED THOSE MOTHER FUCKIN PLATFORMS!? ive beatin all of them exept GUTSMAN! he's an ASS (DUN NUN) I havent even got to the boss yet! the rest of the stage after the moving platforms looks easy

@crazymetallian oh, undeniably! funny thing though, I remember, as a kid, other kids who had other Mega Man games at the time (I think they were up to the 3rd game at that point) all bitched that the first game sucked because it was too easy - because older means easier, naturally ;P

And if you can't beat the FIRST, "easiest", game in the series, you must REALLY suck at NES

The big secret of course, was none of us beat it XD - At age 7, I could only beat this game with the Game Genie.

No doubt rockman, (i owned a famicom. deal with it.) is one of THE BEST videogames ever made. Capcom made the best move to bring rockman back to his 8bit roots.

i love megaman 2, 4 , and 7 (but i dont know the right order because, the place i downloaded them form messed me up because, i downloaded 1-8 , except it messed me up because some are "rockman" the Japanese version of megaman so i got confused and im basically need better links next time)

@GerbilSaga See, that's not with all of us though. I'm 14 and I prefer the older games. Like, NES, SNES, and N64. Along with Genises and Atari. (I own all of which, with the exception of an original Atari 2600. I own the 7800.) And some of my favorite games are Mega-Man, Legend of Zelda:Link to the Past, and Mario 64. My point is, just because a vast majority of kids today play the newer games, there are still a few like myself that enjoy classics as well. : )

these megaman (or rockman) games are so genius i can't even explain my love for them, megaman 1 is probably the best game of all time, even though the sequels are better this is the 1st so its sort of normal.

@dickr4chicks We'll this one isnt the hardest imo, but I can see what you mean, learning how these games works takes time, especially when I 1st played these games on NES i was around 5 years old, maybe 4, NES games were farely new at that period.

2:55 is a sexy jump. The average viewer won't realize how hard that is to do. Looooots of practice, and if you miss, that kills the speed run.
