  • people are stupid! they spend there time working for worthless currency and have no clue what real value is.

  • this would have been great if after the people made idiots out of themselves you said "well, fine, its worth $1100. you just missed out." to record their reaction.

  • This Truly is the DUMBEST video EVER, 1st of all some dodgy person comes to you with a another guy recording you, selling you a "Gold" coin, I know the price of Gold and I wouldnt buy it from him or anyone else, how would you know it's really Gold?

  • @RenkoTrader

Exactly. This Mark Dice guy is such a douche bag. He acts so smug and arrogant. If someone came up to him and offered him the same deal, he'd turn it down because he has no way of knowing if it's real gold or not. Unless you have an acid testing kit in your pocket it would probably be a bad idea.

  • Mark Dice is just trying to sell more books and make more money. that or he never realized that the Illuminatus! Trilogy is science fiction...

  • @3DavidA12

Ya, someone wants to give you a COIN for free - that's some risky business right there!!!

  • @regresseur 50$ isn't "free"

  • Are the people on here with negative comment in the video?

  • I remember when Gold was $200 an oujnce, now it's $1200.

  • @Parag0n how much does an oujnce weigh?

  • @arcanekrusader An oujnce weighs a little less than an ounce

  • @Parag0n WTF are you talking about??? Gold is now at $1,660......

  • @twin1010101010 Different currencys, not everyone uses the weak USD

  • @Parag0n my bad bro.

  • It's now a little over 1700

  • 4:26 lol

  • If I was selling a gold coin while holding a microphone and being recorded. I don't think any one would buy it. Especially if I looked and acted like a pedophile. This video is pretty stupid.

  • Joe Biden is the vice president I'm from Europe n I know that! Great video.

  • There was obviously takers, but it was edited out. He wouldn't sell it anyway for $50

  • @epohnopulse

Yeah because there are stupid people and there are really smart investors

i'd say about 3 people wanted it or begged for it

  • I now officially think that Mark Dice is mental.

  • Two separate people in Paris tried to scam me by selling me a "gold" coin. If this guy tried to sell me a coin, I'd claim to have no money too. All this video proves is that people are suspicious of scammers.

  • I think the point is that they are supposed to know how much it's worth, that people are so far down the road with this bullshit fiat currency, private central banking crap that they have no knowledge whatsoever concerning reality.

It's more of a point to say "hey, wake up! Look how far we've fallen" than it is to just make fun of people.

    But what do I know.

  • @N1k1mon yeah but how many people are going to sell a real one ounce gold coin on the street, first of all he laughs and makes it sound like its bullshit secondly you cant just trust random ppl on the street

  • When u tell them it is worth $50 did u ever think that they might actually believe u?

  • I will never get this time of my life back

  • I know how much gold is worth but if someone like yourself were to sell it to me, I would be skeptical - not because I believe its fake - its because I would think its stolen and the person selling it to me has no idea what its worth that's why they are selling it dirt cheap.... And I don't buy stolen goods. Its unethical and wrong. :)

  • @mifrah123 yeah like someone with a mic and a camera would sell stolen goods. Your a retard.

  • @krackisgood Relax! I am just giving a possible reason.

  • @krackisgood So if someone offers you something that seems like a scam, as long as they have a microphone and camera, they're legit? Oh man...

  • People aren't braindead, you're just a terrible salesman.

  • TRY THIS TODAY!

  • @nottinmatterz2day Yeah, and with an American Eagle coin so it's not "Canadian"

  • When the dollar collapses these idiots will beg him to sell it, for a LOT more.

  • Comment removed

  • I would have asked, how many can I buy?!

  • american people. used to being deceived.. rofl

  • omg how can sheepeople be so stupid wake up america turn the tv off and see whats happening to this once great county oh and for 50 bucks ill take all the canadian gold coins you have lol lol good video shows how most americans dont have a clue our dollar is almost worthless

  • sadly this video was posted 2 years ago. now a GOLD ounce coin is worth $1700 dollars

  • Lots of fools out there then. I would've taken the offer in a heartbeat. And as a bonus, I would've recognized Mark from the get go.

  • The media has taught us to believe that anything good can't be true. Great job Mark on showing us how ignorant society is!

  • Although I like the point he's trying to make, I'd be sketched if some random guy approached me trying to sell me a gold coin. Gold being a rare precious metal, is hard to tell if it's real or fake just by looking at it. I would buy a one ounce gold coin for $50 any day, let the value build up to a couple thousand, and then sell it; but not from some random guy off the street.

  • @princesschachaa He's lucky he didn't run into me. Guy with a camera in public safety is no harm. I would just feel the weight and check the imprinting for flaws. It costs a helluva a lot of money (tens of thousands) to forge a government mint coin well enough to pass a close inspection. Plus some guy with an expensive camera and mic would not waste a bunch of time for $50 or $20 dollars. That makes it much more likely that it's real.

  • @drchen054 Plus as someone else mentioned, the jail time and enormous lawsuit against you would deter anyone from making a fake government coin.

  • This guy's retarded to think that anyone with half a brain would want to buy something like this from him off the street. Most people would need the security that comes from dealing with a recognized precious metals broker.

  • This Guy Is Great....2tumbs up....keep up the good work!!!...;-)

  • Do have done this correctly would have required a HIDDEN camera and microphone and someone that didn't look and talk like a huge douche. It may not be that people don't know the current value of gold, but the saying "if it's too good to be true..." is probably going off like a siren in their head.

  • stupid ass gringo

  • It's worth 1700 now

  • Lol this funny. They have no clue how much it was worth.

  • It does have to do with a camera though. People know about shows like Just for Laughs Gags and other attempts to make fools out of people. They don't know what kind of question or statement he's trying to get them to ask or say so that he can make fun of them, so the best way out or to avoid embarrasement is to say no thanks and walk away. You don't ask questions to the guy laughing with a camera following him. He's not there to explain things, he's there to get something entertaining and leave

  • Those people are clueless. Its not the fact he's running around with a camera, its the fact they don't even ask basic questions like how do I know its real, or how about we go to the nearest pawn shop? They don't ask the questions because they don't know squat, and they don't care to. All that being said, Mark Dice is a troll.

  • Hey that's where I go surfing!

  • I grew up on that street haha.

  • ahhahahha $1800 now

  • hahaha I wonder if any of them have seen themselves in this video... MORONS

  • wait how do they know if its authentic?

  • @lecolis

Exactly this. You're not gonna buy something which is potentially valuable if you cant verify that it actually is.

  • he should sell that shirt

  • Insulting people, wow. You stay classy Mark Dice!

  • Yeah, Mark....I'll give you fifty, cash in hand paid....AFTER you and I both go to the appraiser and find out just how much real gold there is in this coin.

  • also i wont give $50 to a stranger giving me a gold coin...how do i know if it's not faked...if it's just plated then i would get rippppped off.

  • @MrBigEnchilada That's right...how do any of these people know it's not just gold cladding like some of those advertised that sell for around fifteen bucks?

  • it's so obvious he edited out the ones who did accept it, or else how many gold coins does he have??? i mean if he had 1000 of them i would believe him.

  • I cried when that woman said she didn't want it for free. now gold is $1600/oz. ;(

  • It's not that people are dumb..would you give $50 to some guy one the street laughing with a camera? I would think it's a joke

  • @EyeLovePoonTang agreed. i already dislike this guy. his strategy is what is misleading people.

  • I actually just came across this guy last night on wikipedia when there was a link to him on a conspiracy theory page. I thought "oh good, another guy that's woken up and has something important to impart upon us." WRONG! he not only seems to have nothing original to add that intelligent people like david icke haven't already laid out clearly, but all I've seen of him on here are pointless, counterproductive, insulting, completely invalid "surveys" (maybe he should take intro to methodology)

  • @dunkafelic So are you trying to say that there is no room for more than one awake person in the world?

  • @carp1844 how in the hell would you get that out of what I said? that's just retarded.

  • @dunkafelic I see your point. If I make a misjudgment I'll own it. My point is that Mark Dice is providing a service by establishing where the average man on the street is in his thinking. He is also a well researched author on the NWO. In my opinion anything a person does to shed light on society's ignorance helps. This video would also be good for anyone not awake yet. Peace.

  • @dunkafelic

lol david icke!? shapeshifting reptillians? or does david icke just call jews reptilians as a code?

  • @KyleJordanHenry you obviously don't know, so why the assumptions and "lol"? anyway, it's only Zionists that Icke is against, not Jews in general...he says. as far as the reptilian thing, who are you to say it isn't possible? it says more about you to dismiss something you refuse to fathom in your limited use of your conscious mind than it does about him or I. I'm not on board with it, but I'm not closed-minded enough to dismiss something that could potentially be possible and even accurate.

  • damn! where the hell was I?

  • @CalvusAquila I was thinking the same thing. Why are so many of my fellow Americans so damn stupid?

  • there's only one moral to this story...americans are distrustful. you can see how people react....as if he's trying to scam them. there has to be a catch! truth be told though, who would sell a 1 ounce gold coin for $50? it must not be real gold! plus the cameras being there make people even more hesitant because they don't want to be made to look stupid on camera. better safe than sorry. so they default to declining the offer. bottom line: dumb experiment with too many variables.dumb dumb dumb.

  • @dunkafelic Actually its not dumb. All they had to do was look at the coin and hold the coin to see its real. Nobody in this police state would carry around a coin that has ".999 Pure Gold" printed on it when it is not...let alone manufacture it...and then tape themselves trying to sell it because everyone (even those idiots who turned his offer down) know that if the FEDS even got one whiff of a scam like that they'd be kicking doors in before the Judge even put pen to search/arrest warrant.

  • @BAZYRKYR I wouldn't have trusted him either. if I was walking my dog and some douche comes up to me with a camera and mic asking me to give him 50 bucks for a one ounce gold coin I'd say NO too. who would do that? what's the point? I'd just keep on moving. it's a stupid guy doing another stupid "experiment" with a cam on random people so that he can prove how stupid we all are. well I may be stupid, but I know what COUNTERPRODUCTIVE means.

  • I am going to stalk Mark Dice in hopes he holds this retard contest again. Pretend to be a retard till he talks me down to a cup of coffee for some gold then BAMMMM, SOLD!

Then ill do cartwheels around the block

  • Tungsten fakes are pretty rare for these. The fakes tend to be for numismatic collectibles. I think you would be pretty hard pressed to find a fake maple, if not impossible. Even so, a known fake would have collectible value - believe it or not - and would be worth the risk. Most people do not think that way. Also a guy with a microphone is probably not a scamster, he is probably on a mission. Wish I was there that day!

  • It's possible these people may really not have any cash and may have never seen a gold maple. In a small town, try withdrawing more than $5K in cash. Most small town banks have very little cash on hand. Electronic digits are at risk. People should close their electronic bank accounts and convert all of their holdings to cash with a percentage of PM's.

  • it would have been funny of someone had said yes and he had to sell them the 1800 $ worth of gold for 50$

but then again you prolly would have a hard time selling it for that since all the people that buy gold are scam artists and coins are the worst investment, you may have to melt it first

  • but even if they did know what gold was worth , but they obviously dont ,cause they show no interest, but they probably are thinking its a scam, they have no way of knowing its not iron pyrite ,not like they are carrying some sulfuric acid in their pocket to test it or one of those things you rub the gold on to see if it rubs off and is real ,but then again not like most people have those markers that id counterfeit federal reserve notes but those are excepted without question everyday

  • They could just be honest people that didn't want to cheat you??? Doubtful. If you look at my ebay sales people defiantly seem to know the market value for silver.

  • It has nothing to do with people being too dumb to know the value of gold. Everyone has seen people selling "gold" watches on the street for really cheap. The truth is someone selling a one ounce gold coin for $50 sounds too good to be true, and 999 times out of a thousand, if it sounds too good to be true it is. They thought it was a fake.

  • Look at the ass on the chick about 1:38

  • C'mon everyone, tricky dice is obviously holding a coin with chocolate inside!

  • I know a website that offers a secret code that produces 90% success ratio on gold trading. Go check them out, just google Gold Trading Academy and make as much money as you want.

  • LOL at the worthless Canadian coin. That 1 ounce gold maple leaf coin trades for higher than an American 1 ounce gold eagle coin because its a higher quality/purity.

  • @ronmann606 really is that true? Are canadian coins the puriest quality? Which nation produces the best gold and silver bars ?

  • @Bravesfan4500 Canada produces the best gold as far as I know. The Canadian mint makes currency for many countries around the world. Canada was the first country to have their gold coins 99.99% pure. Now, the States have a Gold Buffalo that is equal purity. However, Canada now issues 99.999% gold called "five nines" but not all 1 Oz coins have it. The most valuable coins in the world are Canadian million dollar gold coins worth 5 million dollars each.

  • @ronmann606 thanks bro. Who makes the best silver coins?

  • @Bravesfan4500 For purity, Canada. The Canadian Maple Leaf is four nines pure, (99.99%) where as the American Eagle is three nines pure. The Maple Leaf trades only slightly higher.

  • @ronmann606 It might be a stupid question; however, would be be better to buy a 1oz silver coin or silver bar. I like those credit suisse bars.

  • @Bravesfan4500 As an investment buy a bar. Coins are only $33 so you'd have to buy a lot for an investment. Other than that it doesn't matter.

  • @ronmann606 thanks a lot bro.

  • They don't know you idiot. Everyone thinks its a scam. So would I. But id have it for free

  • you made it sound like a scam.

  • people think its fake not dumb

  • Har Har har, lets make fun of people that don't want your gold coin. Maybe some of these people do in fact know what a 1 oz gold coin is worth, and they just think you're crazy, or that the coin is fake. Maybe thats why they're steering clear of you.

  • Are there alot of people in California who walk around with parrots on their shoulders?

  • @SpacedFiction More than you would think. I saw a guy @ O'Riley's auto store last month with one. I always look for the shit on the shoulder, never see it though. They must have em' potty trained. I would assume you would see more in Califorinia than say Colorado, Michigan, Pennsylvania, etc.. but yeah it isn't an unusual sighting. Micro Teacup Chihuahua's carried in little purses is even more common. I know my wife is guilty of that. lol

  • well maybe if you showed them a real gold bullion with a real certificate....

  • amazing how stupid average american is scaryyyyy!!!!!!!!!!!! Brain dead

  • Lol. Funny.

  • Hey, I have a few coins for sale !

    6 being golds ones !

If any one is interested, send me a message !

  • I wouldn't have bought the coin from someone who looks like a jersey shore douchbag either. Just sayin.

  • Does anybody really think people not wanting to buy his coin has ANYTHING to do with not knowing the price of gold? We've all been approached on the street buy people trying to sell us phoney jewelry, and they always say its real. And if you say you don't want it because you don't think its real then they just try to convince you it is real. You have to say "I don't need it" or "I don't want it" or something they can't argue with. Has Mark Dice ever left his house before this video?

  • @jdsquat2 I think here is the fact from a third party. Mark Dice try to see how people will react front of the real commodity value that left and I think you have your answer here regardless of the argument of trust. The fact is, eaven if they dont want it, it's fine. Now pause the video and try to question : Is these peoples realy looks concerned ?Just take a look by yourself on wiki : NORMALCY BIAS ( just a thought, just the play for thought)

  • Why are people dumb if they do not know the price of gold? Why should they care?

Hey smart guy. Do you know the way you hold the very soft 99.99% Maple gold coin will damage its surface? Reducing the resale value to melt gold price?

And by the way, what is the going price of an oz of Rhodium sponge these days? No clue? Go to Kitco.com to check it out. You see. Ignorance is bliss. Keeping laughing.

  • Dude, seems to me all you want to prove is that most people are dumb enough not to trade 50 bucks for a one oz gold coin.

If you care to see the reactions from the folks. They aren't as dumb as you would like to suggest. They are just being careful.

Ever heard of this? If something is too good to be true. It probably is. People are just exercising their common sense.

The guy @5.24 says it best. "I don't need it." Don't assume that everybody is greedy!

  • great video! really shows how clueless these sheeple are!! tell me though, what would you do if someone pulled out the $50 and said ok? I know I would have, even if it turned out to be fake, the risk to reward makes it a no brain-er.

  • Found the idea interesting. Search the following in youtube: " UNSOLVED MYSTERIES-NEW YORK COIN SCAM." This would seem to highlight people are aware of coin scams, and moreover, apprehensive about dealing with a stranger accosting them. So it might be hard to convince people you are not trying to rip them off. But I found the concept really interesting. nice work

  • No offense, mate, but I'm willing to bet that the vast majority of individuals you're chasing around with that mic probably thought that gold coin is fake. Honestly, if some schmuck walked up to me randomly and asked me to buy gold for an amazing 50$, I wouldn't take simply on the principal of it is most likely fake.

Personally I find this video misleading for that reason. I get the point you're trying to prove, and it's a valid point, so maybe you should have used different means to prove it?

  • This is painful to watch.

  • I would cry if I was one of the people being it sold at and seeing this later

  • Thats a funny video but you're lucky that wasnt me you were talking to, that coin would be mine now!

  • AMERICANS = ZOMBIES!

  • @DOCSAFETUBE because they don't know the worth of gold how is that relevant to anything that is valuable in money

  • @DeaflyBlind AMERICANS don't know shit...what you talking bout! all they know is how brainwashed they are , how poor they are , what slaves they are , and lost their country b/c they are not awake , so again i'll say it...AMERICANS = ZOMBIES!

  • @DOCSAFETUBE Why did atlantis sink. Who came to america before colombus. Why did the ancients build the pryamids. Whats reality does it exist in the physical or is it just in your mind. Whats at the end of a wormhole. What do you know i know a lot of americans some now less some know more but what do you know

  • if i was standing there with Mark and had known that the coin was worth $1100 i would have went up to all the females who turned it down and asked them how many pairs of shoes could they have bought for $1100 or how much is it for 1 person to go for a Mexican vancation for 1 week? Then i would have told them how much the coin they turned down was actually worth!

  • people probably thought it was fake

  • somes serious brain washing in america, dumbest people on earth now

  • thieves people..thats why...you cant trust any1 now n days

  • people are so fucking stupid

  • I would of said "no" to $50, offer Dice $60 if we can take a ride to see a pro, make it "subject to" proof that it is real gold. I can't believe no one attempted to make a deal. It shows a lot of ppl are going to starve to death when shit hits the fan. Pussy is going to be a dime a dozen too. Broke bitches all over the place. Mark Dice is a "THINKING FREE BEING" not popular with Commie Mummies.

  • So, you were able to get footage of people who aren't interested in an obviously unhinged stranger's fake offer to sell them precious metals on the street in combination with a camera ambush. Congratulations, I guess.

  • Perhaps people are just wary of obnoxious goofballs who walk around waving a microphone in one hand and a "gold coin" in the other. People don't appreciate being accosted like that.

Mark Dice, you are truly a mental midget.

  • All this proves is that people don't want to take money for nothing.

POLICE STATE! EVERYONE IS OUT TO GET ME!

    *facepalm*

  • subbed :)

  • No wonder the NWO is winning....people are just brain dead. You want to hear something even funnier: i asked the bank teller if they accepted FEDERAL RESERVE NOTES and she said no. Then she ran and ask the supervisor and she also said no. I think we are loosing everything to the NWO for this reason.

  • Dude if I saw you on the street and didn't know you I would be suspect. I know what golds worth. But I could have a ton of these made that wouldn't be worth a dime. Maybe you're mistaking the lack of response with folks not trusting you.

  • I agree that calling people names is the tactic of the debunkers and isn't appropriate for anyone seeking truth. It is a little ambush like as well, and may change a persons normal response. However, the truth is that many people ARE grossly misinformed about currency and gold value. He is making a point, albeit a small one. Look at his other work, he is actually very intelligent & doing good work for truth.

  • This guy seems like a greasy douchebag. I don't really understand the point of this video. Was it to prove that people didn't know the value of gold or that people wouldn't trust a douchebag harassing them on the streets? I like 2:47 where the guy he was asking actually knew what gold was worth, but still couldn't trust this weasel. Nice fake smile.

  • Canadian money is worth more then American money right now.

    Cheers christine

  • what a fucking goof you are man - go to school and grow a brain!

  • the reason people don't want to buy your gold fucking coin is because you are ambushing them on the street with a mic and a camera and you are coming off as some sort of ashton kutcher pandhandler... i understand the point trying to be made here but there are much better tactics. Calling people dumb because they are ignorant is low. There is a difference between stupid and ignorant. If your main goal is feeding your ego instead of helping people, you're no better than "THEM"

  • This guy has a bizarrely inflated self image. He's definitely fascinating to watch, but not for the reasons he thinks he is.

  • i guess all those people were skeptical if the coin was actually solid gold. If i knew what gold even looked like than i wuda jumped at the chance to buy it.

  • stanton friedman on 9/11 brand new on my page. no spam. this just happened yesterday. but lets get to the point. mark dice. keep doing your thing.

  • After they refuse initially, he should try offering them a $10 prepaid card of some kind plus the coin and see if they go for that. Bet they'd do that.

    people are Stupid.

  • The fact is not that people don't know what gold is worth (which I will say most probably didn't) it's the fact that in America no one would EVER give you something of value for less value than it's worth....EEVVEERR, but every day someone would give you something of no value for money without thinking twice and even create and elaborate plan to make the sale. It's about trust, not about gold prices and it went how it should.

  • LOL to the dumbfucks here who say "people dont trust the coin is real" or some shit like that... Well if the person had an OUNCE of intelligence they'd KNOW what real gold is like.

  • wats the r stand for?

    the resistance.

    resistance..?

    to the new world order.

    ha ha! oook

  • I am no fool! Gold is gold anywhere you go.. He would have lost out with me.. I would have jumped on it and laughed at him afterward.

    :-)

  • Mark! I'll buy it for $5 :P

  • i'll take 500 of them

  • I think this video is just a test of trusting a stranger with a gold colored coin. It has nothing to do with peoples ignorance of the price of gold.

I still like the video though.

  • 702 people wish Mark Dice would have asked them.

  • well its not that they dont know the value of the coin its more a guy aproaches them on the street selling "a one ounce gold coin"

  • wow!! stupid ass people!!! I would look.....feel.....and chance it for 50.00

  • I couldn't stop laughing when the guy with the parrot said he didn't need it ! I bet he would if he knew how much it was actually worth !

  • while it may show people dont know how much gold is worth (ha, doubtful), it have more to do with people not wanting to buy something they arent familiar with from a guy on the street with a camera crew. also may go to show that a lot of people never carry cash as most transactions are done/can be done digitally.

  • I'll buy it homie!! lol

  • Id take that coin, hold it, look at it, hold it, scratch my chin, ponder on it, hold it... Then when he asks me if I am willing to buy it from him. I'll immediately run off with it, and HAUL ASS!

  • I'll definately buy it from this guy! People are idiots

  • It's funny to see how stupid they are. Hey buddy, I'll buy your gold coin for $100, sell it to me. Spot price today is $1,741.21

  • If someone was trying to sell me a gold coin on the street, my first instinct would be to believe it was fake. If they only wanted a starbucks coffee for it or $5 or were trying to give it away for free then I would definitely take it.

  • this guy's kind of a twat

  • its not the coin, they dont trust you homeslice...!!!!

  • What a power-hungry, arrogant, pompous ass.

  • "people are stupid because they don't know how to recognize gold" Think people trust your fucking word? just because you know the price of gold it doesn't make you any less: obnoxious, arrogant and stupid.

  • Arrogant cunt. People don't just buy coin you say are gold.

  • haha Canadian currency is worth more than American and the Canadian gold coin is the highest quality and purist gold coin in the world.

  • Gold just hit 1800. Even if they had given him the 1100 they would have made a great investment.

  • even if it only had 1 gram of gold in it, it'd still be way worth the 50

  • for starbucks. these people are dumb. he is creepy action like hardcore.

  • you look suspect. I wouldn't buy from you either.
