  • A lot of talk along these lines at SolFest this past weekend. The Sonoma Mountain Village folks there are creating a new-urbanist development on a former HP/Agilent factory in Roehrnert Park, which may incorporate two cohousing neighborhoods (senior/intergenerational), and be entirely designed for "one earth" footprint living, vs. the typical American 5.5 earths per person.

    I've worked with David Room in Bay Area peak oil groups, and have been very impressed with his work.
