Parts are still made in Birmingham. Only the assembly takes place in Spain.

Allthough I agree. Thank the lawd I got my hands on a british one, and it's for my girlfriend. I commonly shoot a .22 HW90 which is a bitch for my girl to shoot.

I got one of these and it is fantastic.

Powerful no musel noise i took down a rabit with it about 40 yrd and it was so quiet i managed to take down another one with out them all running away.

Plus I have mine with a bsa esential and it is so acurate i got a head shot about 40yrd on a pigeon.

Would definetly recomend.

i have a PCP but i prefer my springer for hunting

you should pick up on the fact that .177 is better for hunting

at close range maybe a .177 is slightly better but 45-50yards with a bit of wind .177 dont cut it. overall .22 is better

What are the actual scope and mounts you use. I've just bought a Tactical and looking for a scope but its said you have to be careful which scopes you use.

I bought the .22 XL Tactical and liked the way it handled so much I bought another two... .177 and .25 I can't fault them.

I bought a bsa lightning deluxe for my first air rifle and then bought a co2 nickle beretta with a compensator. Gotta say i think you will love it, its a great gun and is alot of fun! I regret selling mine and now im thinking of getting an XX-treme special ops coz they look sooo cool and very fun!

I was gonna buy an air rifle and saw the xl tactical, when did u get it? are u in the uk? its such a sweet gun, apparantly a 1/2inch group @ 20 yards, u get the same accuracy?

1/2inch!?! This gun can give one hole groups with the correct pellets up to at least 25 yards (I havn't tried zeroing any further). I use 4.52mm AA Field pellets, they work very well.

As above, Air Arms Field pellets seem to work extromely well in my gun. Ofcorce, it takes practice and cosistency, but it is achievable.

Hi, I have this gun in .177, have you had any problems with the silencer with this gun? Mine has come loose so needs compressing back on. Good gun either way...
