I am just now finding these old videos but I love them because I can relate to so much of what you were feeling here...and you have made it! It gives me hope that I can make it too...
Thank you so much for posting these videos! It's like I'm looking at my own life through another's eyes. You give me hope for the coming weeks! I started a vlog of my own not knowing that there are so many inspirational stories like yours already on YouTube. Thank you for sharing with us!
wow this really hit me in the heart b/c i know what its like , your a real down to earth person with real problems people can relate to i wish i found your channel sooner cant wait to catch up
iAM ONLY at day 4 and I dont think I can watch anymore I so have been here where you were this day 2days ago I binged so bad I made myself sick and then redid it why is that pain more comfort then just stopping? HERE iAM CRYING SORRY THIS JUST HITS SO CLOSE TO HOME IN SO MANY WAYS
It's tuff when you want to implement new eating habits and have a social life.
I honetly had to be less social in order to keep tabs on eating out. My friends often wondered If I was still alive haha.
But now that I have learned to control my bad habits I live a less unsocial life.
My weekeness are the weekends as well. I used eat exactly the way you ate. Im not kidding. The key now is to eat in moderation and still be able to eat what we like.
That intro makes me smile everytime :-) u remind me of kevin james in the intro and dont get that wrong its a compliment from me:-) i adore kevin james gestures and facial expressions in king of queens:-)i totally get u there with the setbacks of those damn invitations. I always visualise why i want to lose weight if its really necessary and i remind myself of those nearly-heartattacks-breathinattacks when i was
I totally get the Monday thing. "well, I f'd up, I should just continue binging and then start on monday" but its not the right answer. Lets say u start eating right and exercising 4 days ago... then on the 5th day you cheated. Ok, Thats one day. U can bounce back on that. Of course u have to back track a little, but dont make it to where you have to backtrack even more by giving in and f'in up even more. Its a mind thing like U said. Your mind constently looks for excuses. U can do it
{{HUG}} A slip is a slip, not a failure. You're already making changes--you're doing these videos and that's something new. Changes don't come all at once and you ARE making progress already! Give yourself some credit. If you need/want someone to help you through it, I'm here for you and I'm pullin' for ya :)
I have been just where you are. Think about your thought patterns. You seem to be able to visualize how you will mess up. Can you change that around and see yourself not overeating. We often do just what we think about the most, even if it is something bad for us.
I don't know. I've had great successes and great failures in my life when it comes to food and still do not know what triggers either. I continue to go in circles and have very few answers to show for it.

I just may do that next time I am thinking of bingeing. Sometimes just rambling to someone can really really help. Much love to you!

Thanks Dusty. I am hoping one day that my mind will snap and just "get it" but it has yet to happen. I am going to continue to try though.
