  • there testing to see if and what people will let them getaway with now in 2012 with all the laws they pass and dont tell us like if you have more than 3 days food in your house your a threat what bullshit sir do you have papers

  • throwing insults only lowers your "moral high-ground."

  • @ChemicalMikeUK

These were not insults just comment from the cop conduct.

  • wow... i came here to watch as a police officer does something wrong but from the first 2 minutes that i sat through I can clearly tell that you got VERY LUCKY here in CANADA the police have very strict conducts to follow, talk to a cop like this in the US and... well... go see the rest of "cop abuse" videos

  • @No603Scope

So do you suggest Canadians should lower their standards of cop proper conduct?

Does the G20 in Toronto was not of a warning enough?

  • @No603Scope Im not sure what you were watching but this cop was an asshole!!!! Did you not see that???? He didnt like being filmed so he thought he could interperate the law as he saw fit so thats what he did!!!

  • the guy who calls him a homosexual nazi sounds like andy kaufman

  • SWARM THE PRICK

  • The one thing I especially dislike about this video is the guy demanding what kind of paycheque the cop is making, and claiming he makes a bigger one. Probably, but the size of our cheque is not related to our worth as a human being, nor is it an indicator or our contribution to society. Whenever I get into fights with people at my job, that's the first thing they scream at me. "How much do you make? Huh? Huh?" It's always irrelevant, and it's an argument of arrogance.

  • @ltntlocust Agree, and this is what make me think he is an undercover cop who tried to get us in trouble, he has avoided me since I became suspicious and was the one to address the cop.

  • @Louaner He does not respond to phone calls or message, so draw your own conclusion. Had meet him only once before this event!!!

  • Fat fuck cop, look how fat that piece of shit is. Look how fat that woman who barks is. Fat people stick together. Fuck that cop what a piece of shit I hope he gets shot

  • @MrJack65721 You sound like a bigot or some other type of ignorant fool.

  • @MrJack65721 hhaha you been told you fuckin fool! these cops were totally out of line i hope they get fired!!

  • the guys a prick. nice arrest. go sovereign in jail. Fag.

  • This guy makes 200k a year and doesn't know what soliciting means? Right.....then the cameraman throws out a sexual orientation slur...class acts.

  • @Snosbod true that haha

  • @Snosbod If he actually makes $200 grand a year and needs to inform everyone about it he's likely compensating for something.

    Probably a small self esteem

  • @Snosbod He didn't understand what soliciting meant in the context of what he was being charged with because he was surprised by being charged with anything at all. He most likely wasn't doing anything, and the video doesn't show him doing anything.

  • @sarcee1960 Soliciting a ride...seems pretty clear to me. Correct, the video is incomplete, meaning more occurred before the video is turned on. I'm sure there is more to this than is shown in the video. I would not say he was most likely not doing anything, if that were the case then the police would not have stopped these guys. To me this seems like three persons trying to blame everyone but themselves for a wrong doing. That's how I see it based on what the video shows.

  • Cops can do what ever they want without consecuences and the Court System will not do anything to the cops.

  • @MrJack65721

You are the misfit! I can manage 3 languages, how many can you handle?

  • @Louaner

Don't mind them. But you never told us why the cop stopped your friend.

Was the case thrown out in court?

  • @Louaner I can speak 3 and dont have to use slurs to communicate with people...

  • he obviously did something or was mouthing off at the cop. most of the time you can talk your way outta getting arrested if you are polite and respect them

  • then he starts intimidating the bystanders for objecting....then its pretty musch all the same...and he kidnaps the guy to show his authority, arresting him with no cause...which is treasonous behavior if you read the peace officers oath u shall see. i dont think i need to go on...the cop was being a bully and should be fired plain and simple and the guy should be awarded damages for his inconvenience and obvious mental duress.

  • Was there a lawsuit or not? Put it in the description.

  • did he forget to press stop??

  • What I would like to know, is what lead up to this. Why was that cop there? Did someone call the police? What was it that made the cop stop and talk to them?

  • @TheRantingCabbie

I would like to know it myself !

  • @Louaner You really expect us to believe the officer drove by as you innocently walked along the street and asked for ID and that's when you turned of the camera ,which for some reason you don't leave home without?

  • @donj441 Do you really expect us to believe that they were hitchiking in a city with a camera turned on? Do you really believe that cops never stop people and ask for ID for no reason? Were you in T.O. during the G20? Did you grow up in a Walt Disney cartoon? Are you this naive in real life?

  • @sarcee1960 Watch his other videos. He intentionally seeks conflict. I have no doubt in my mind he did something negative to attract the officer's attention. I, nor you will ever know what that was since he only likes to show the portion where he thinks he is being wronged. I truly doubt he was simply minding his own business and was stopped, contrary to what he says. Like I said, watch his other vids, he's a sh*t disturber....he's far from a victim

  • so what happened with this? looks like a big lawsuit to me!!

  • @aboisjoli Probably because you don't know what you're talking about. Under what grounds would you base a lawsuit?

  • @donj441 um fraud, extortion, exploitation...kidnapping, trafficking in persons, question of fact, those are just a few from the criminal code I can think of off the top of my head...

  • conspiracy to commit treason, piracy, accessory to criminal conspiracy, accessory to racketeering, breach of trust, counseling an offense not committed..that sound about right...have yu ever watched the Nuremberg trials? If you are ordered to do something and you know its wrong...you are GUILTY of the offense.

  • @aboisjoli your suggesting the officer committed these criminal offences based on the video? This is why you feel a lawsuit is in order? I hope I'm misunderstanding you here

  • @donj441 let me review it one more time...

  • @donj441 well the first min in..the cop is obviously harassing them...he stopped them with no cause and they called him on it so he lies and says they have to have produce ID upon demand...even under the TSA thats not true, and especially if you are not operating a registered motor vehicle. so what is that so far harassment, question of fact, breach of trust, cuz he had no probable cause to question, they were not disturbing the peace walking along the sidewalk...lemme look @ the rest

  • dont use the term homosexual as an insult its rude to homosexuals.

  • @EpicurusIVXX

    Grow a thoughter skin

  • @Louaner ya i didnt think of that, thanks kiek.

  • @EpicurusIVXX

Political Correctness yhei? F..., that, if you are homosexual or a douchbag assume it, don't count on the auto censure that the system developped for the schools to silence an honest debate about our world, Jerk.

  • @Louaner so wait, you think calling people homosexual is part of a debate? you think calling people names is how you act like a mature intelligent adult?

no wonder the cop treated you people like he did. you are morons and a waste to society.

  • @EpicurusIVXX

What the fuck you do in bed I don't care, just don't impose your shit on others.

  • @Louaner im actually straight. but i dont know any homosexual "imposing" anything on anyone. what i did witness is you use a specific sexual orientation as an insult. it is rude and immature and it is homophobic people like you that keep homosexuals oppressed and treated as second class citizens. dont sit here and pretend to care about rights when you are clearly against certain peoples.

  • @Louaner

How come you don't reply to my comments?

What did this guy do wrong that he was arrested, how long till he was released from custody, can you tell us?

  • @Louaner LOL, so homosexuals are all douche bags, and that is your contribution to an honest debate?

You'd think that somehow who has access to the internet would be a little more educated than that...

  • @EpicurusIVXX gay

  • @notaroundme wasnt it?

  • @EpicurusIVXX your right. the guys a waste.

  • This is why some people hate police.

  • Where in Niagara Region was that?

  • @TheRaginTiger

    Niagara Falls

  • IF YOU DONT KNOW WHO I AM, then you have no right to interact with me, because eye am *U*

  • I got arrested for being silent when a cop stopped me on the street alone, he asked for my name and adressi said i dont give it out, he arrested me, threw me against the car, and i got fined 500 dollars.......

  • Everyone needs to fight back as these pigs act like the nazi fascists that they are. Arm yourselves for self defense.

  • @Husavikur If our police act like Nazi's, this kid would have a vent hole in his forehead

  • 200k a year my ass, with your accent lol. I'm sure he stops people all day who earns 200k who looks and sound like you bahahahahahahahhahahahaa, get back to your labor or 7/11

  • @carbideagle If you watch his other videos, you'll see he sells pies! Those are some expensive pies to earn 200K

  • you guys and your "legal fiction" "common law" applies probably believe in ancient aliens too, what a bunch of tools

  • Fat F*** missed his rear belt loop...perhaps he should miss a few doughnuts instead.

  • Trying to protect the good ...WTF is this nazi cop smoking...

  • @Louaner Louaner ,Louaner wat are u doing u stupid frence cunt? this aint paris hahaha

  • Canada. That explains it all. So sorry you guys have to deal with crap like this.

  • he uses Presumption to presume that you know that your acting as a (Leagal Fiction) A.K.A an imployee and a trustiee, the role of the trustiee is to do what the admin says for the benifit of the benifisheary and failure to do so means youll be in breach of trust, on another note theres another part-The Enforcer (Sheriff of the Land) and the enforcer makes the Trustiee abide by the trust or is punished/imprisoned... theres more to all this than meets the eye... look it up...

  • @TheTrustLaw

Thank for your explanation, I am aware of this now but so many need to learn and forget what the uninformative schools have teach you, CRAP.

  • @Louaner

Seems this cop picked on someone who makes more than him

  • @TheTrustLaw WOW..DUDE YOU CANT SPELL AT ALL AND FRANKLY IT MAKES U LOOK ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS...U MIGHT WANT TO USE SPELL CHECK IF YOU ARE TRYING TO SOUND SMART.. I MEAN COME ON U SOUND LIKE A LOSER

  • First of all, he needed to ask the cop "in what capasity are you acting?' "are you acting in the capasity of an officer or in the capasity of a police man?" If he wants to charge you at all he needs to be in the capasity of an officer, if he ses he's an Officer than say "Good than your the trustiee and im the benifisheary and adminastrator as i am unlimited liability and your Limited liability" see as he needs to make a (Trust) with you in order for you to have to abide by him-Or use Presumption

  • @TheTrustLaw Im from USA. Does any of what your saying apply here?

  • @cincinatus90

Yes, the concept of government is a trust. The constitution for the united states of America 1787 is written in concept of trust law.

  • @cincinatus90 but not limited to trust law

  • As far as the arrest goes, the arrestee was being charge with an offense. Under Canadian law, a person is required to identify him/herself when he/she is being charged with an offense. i can understand that he wants to dispute the offense, but by refusing to identify yourself, you are garenteeing a ride to jail. In canada, you are considered innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. You are garenteed your day in court. Dispute the charge in court.

  • @nbenton152 There was no offence, that's the issue. If you go to the other vid of him just being arrested, it explains in the description that the case was dismissed the next day, and that legal action is being taken against this person acting like a cop. It's principle friend, nothing else. We have a charter of rights and freedoms for a reason. Peace officers like this need to be reminded of that, before we lose those rights for good.

  • @VD420herpes He was charged with an offence. I never said that he commited the offence that he was charged with. The highway traffic act only applies to drivers and passangers in a vehicle. Not pedestrians. Im not suprised the case got dismissed in court the next day

  • @nbenton152 can't find the comment I replied to to start this convo - in any case the point is simple: he rightfully stood his ground and demanded his rights not be violated. We the people must do this in order to retain the rights we have before they're taken away, clearly evidenced by the # of infringments that just make it here to Youtube (among other things lol). Peaceofficers like this need 2 b reminded WE'RE the real power here and THEY are subject to the law as well.

  • @nbenton152 This is based on your extensive knowledge of the Highway Traffic Act? There are many sections which apply to pedestrian.

    1. you look dumb when you state things as fact when you are ill-advised

    2. An offence under the HTA would not reach court the next day, so it's obvious you don't know the charge was "thrown out the next day"

  • @nbenton152

You said a person has to identify themselves when being charged with an offense, how can I answer to a charge when I do not even know the nature or the cause of action to come to the conclusion that an offense has occured and charged in consequence nor do I know WHO is being charged? And for a charge (suit/lien) to exist he has to file a complaint which the crown acts for meaning theres no charge until theres paperwork. Meaning he wasn't charged for anything at the time

  • @strongnoob He was arrested on probable cause. For it to be a legal arrest, the paperwork needs to be filed immediatly after the arrest. As far as not knowing something about the charge, that is the officers job to explain to the arrestee. Now not knowing the law is a reasonable defense in some cases. Now, this arrest was false. The Highway traffic act only applys to drivers.

  • @nbenton152 Wrong! read the HTA again....FYI Canada does not use "probable cause".

  • @nbenton152

And hes not a person. He is a man.

  • @ 5:44 The disgusting pregnant female in blue tank top with her belly lying down to her crotch while walking her dog commending the Police for abusing the public. Absolutely disgusting. Hope she suffers in life.

  • What a fucking joke Canada is just as bad as the US for this bullshit. They want everyones finger prints on file and they do shit like this everyday this just happened to be filmed. Soon it will be like Nazi Germany it isn't that far off right now, you see videos like this all the time they are brainwashed slaves or they are part of the plan to get more and more control over us everyday.

  • He didn't even read him his rights did he?

  • @godin007 Nope. That means that any statements made to the officer by the arrestee are not admissable in court.

  • IT IS TIME TO DEPORT SOME DARKIES

  • Arrested for failure to identify yet the cop didnt lawfuly identify himself.

  • take that bastard to jail how dare he not have licence and registration to operate a pair of flip flops !!!! this cop is an ass clown !!!!

  • There is nothing logical these idot filmakers are doing. Screaming how they make so much more money then them. Wooo, I'll bet that really shook the officers.

  • wtf is this, its the same place as the last vid i watched whats up with this cop ?

  • i dont know much about laws but i know cops over react to much this days !

  • its sad to know that there could be somebodyy being murdered and instead of stopping the murder theye are arresting people on the side of the road for them showung the right to privacy

  • sue for what good job police first it s the middle of the day why are none of these guys at workor sleeping for night shift and then he cant give his name way to go niagara police!!!!

  • @bosco9o5

Thank you for organizing people life, Since when is Canada officialy a communist regime , were the state has all power over you ?

  • All of this sovereign-free man-right to travel shit is just a good way to end up in jail and pay a fuck load of fines. Weird shit that only fringe lunatics try to pull.

  • so what happened after this? did he sue?

  • everyone defending the cops gotta shut the fuck up theres like 5 people there who sayin cops are wrong, the people around here know the cops harrass people and are as corrupt as the politicians

  • @duffman1221 thank you duffman! haha robby? sorry my buddy who rents a room at my house last name Duff!

  • so he gets under arrest just because he didnt feel like telling the cop who he was? wtf is wrong the picture here? O.o

  • @1231xeno cops are the ones who need to learn the rights of them people lol

  • @1231xeno EVERYTHING

  • oh man then that dumb bitch!! fat and nasty, thinkn she's cute with those dumb little yip yap dogs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! America FUCK YEAH!!!!! sweet blue eyed swiss like baby JESUS!!! not a more historically correct bum lookn middle eastern jesus! blue eyed baby j!

  • this is a fuckn power hungry racist pig! pobably wants to get them cause they look like "Terrorists!" I'd call my lawyer immediately and be done!!!!!!!!!

  • bullshit! fuck the police! only here to enslave us! never there when you need them! anyone who says different YOUR the exception! ask yourselves this, If someone broke into your home and was rapeing your wife, what the hell would you do? call the police in the other room while it proceeded? if so then your no better than a worm... and even if your a "worm", how long till they show up? when they do, what really will they accomplish? besides a report??????????????

  • @11miksti

Don't pay attention to these cowards, 99.99% are trolls, paid by large Corps. and governments to keep the idiots assleep. Ever heard of Operation Mockingbird? Never been so well financed!

  • @Louaner I mean I'd have to be some nieve asshole to believe that there wasn't, but I did not know that. never heard of Mockingbird either! I try not to look into things like that unless I stumble on it, cause I'm not going to change the system and it enrages me that so many authority figures get away with bullshit

  • @11miksti

No they get away with Murder. It is well know that the bush and obama admin have huge budget to finance this kind of operation, same in Canada. They have some software were 1 guy can have many identity 20-30? more? and spam youtube or any others web sites with there propaganda but people are no fool, we just need to let them know what is going on.

  • @Louaner sadly I must disagree... Most people are FOOLS! I mean as off subject as this example I'm going to use is bear with me... Look at music talor swift? lady gaga? crap like this that is number one on hit lists???? they're at the top cause for the most part, most people think this is good music. Now something more relevant, most people hardly know anything about who or what they vote for. ALL WE CAN DO IS TRY. better than sitting around doing nothing!

  • There you have it... you called him a homo nazi? lol maybe thats why you got arrested.. And in certain parts of canada you are not allowed to hitch rides. Thats what soliciting a ride means.

  • okay this guy was a complete fuckhead (talking about the cop). he had no right to arrest the guy whatsoever.. im a cop and a soldier and this is just embarrasing. even if its a different country its sad to think there are people like this.. (just a sidenote.. where did homosexual nazi come from?! haha)

  • @mitchploeg

Thanks, It sounded logical at the time, and I would use it again cause it has a nice ring to it!

    HAHAHA!

  • @mitchploeg I would suggest IF you really are a cop (other than in your mind), you're not a very good one. You would watch a part of a video, the part where the engagement of the parties have already initiated, yet still come to the conclusion that no grounds to arrest exist? I know I would require more investigation and more details into the initial stop before I drew such a conclusion. It's more likely you washed dishes in the military and you work security at a carnival.

  • @donj441 Alright dude, before you get all smart ass on me, I'm basing my conclusion on what I've seen in the video. That's all I'm commenting on, and from what I've seen the dude is a dick. Also, I'm a state trooper in GA, and I am MOSQ as a 19D and 11C in the Army. It's okay to post comments and opinions on the video, but do you really have to attack people on a personal level?

  • And by the way, the way you talk to people just goes to show how much of a loser you and your friends are. "Homosexual Nazi"? WTF? And then you talk to that woman like a total prick... get a life.

  • @ericvallillee

Stay with your hockey, life is too complicated for you!

  • Hitchhiking is illegal under the Highway Traffic Act. That's what soliciting a ride is, that's what he was going to cite you for and that's why he asked for your ID. Who gives a crap about your tax bracket? You're just another douchebag who doesn't think the law applies to you. There's nothing I hate more than a bad cop, but in this case this officer acted professionally and you deserved to be arrested.

  • There is a lot more to the story then what your video is showing. No cop will come up and start pushing you around for no reason. Your video should show the true beginning of this whole thing to see what you did to provoke this.

  • @runningwolfkenpo

That why I wish the police would release their cam, but strangely enought they have not!

  • Is it illegal to solicit a ride in canada? I've never heard of such a law anywhere before, but you aren't even required to carry identification unless you're doing something that requires a license(like driving). At least in the US anyway.

  • hey asshole did you see the CANADIAN flag on the car. think before you type, dumbass

  • You are such a LIAR!!!! You started it and ofcourse so start the video at your beginning to amke everyone look bad but you. Well dude, you look like shit. I don't believe in your cause and if you don't like America then leave. Won't be any sweat off of us.

  • Is this racially motivated?? The on lookers seem to enjoy this and the harassed people seem to have hispanic dialect. What a complete idiot of a cop!!

  • @ih8faggots10000 lol quit trollin youtube

  • @ac3268

Showing off your hypocrisy ac3268? I am still waiting for your response from the other video "Airport Security"Just so you know he had none, but was sent on a special mission to harrass us! That's what a police state do, TROLL.

  • @ih8faggots10000 lol sorry ih8faggots but you are an idiot, name explains all

  • @ih8faggots10000 thats right bow down sheep bahhhhh

  • @ih8faggots10000 And just because you use your rights properly, doesn't mean you're disrespecting the officers. The police are not in charge of the country I live it. I do not surrender my whole life and rights to them. And disrespecting an officer doesn't put you in handcuffs; acting dangerously and PHYSICAL, NOT VERBALLY, PHYSICAL ASSAULTING an officer does. You're making our police sound like cold-hearted control freaks. Everyone has their own opinion; agree to disagree.

  • @ih8faggots10000 Dude, if you wanna argue, look up the law. You're making the police sound like a communist army. Is that how you view them?

  • I'm confused as to why the camera man failed to record a license plate or badge ID. Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't cops supposed to present their badge ID when requested?

  • @Jonaspiration Yes, you're right, and if they don't and evidence is shown about it, the officer can get into trouble.

  • @ih8faggots10000 You see, the police are not just there to protect us; they're investigators. If they see someone that catches their attention, they look for ANYTHING they can find to prosecute this person into trouble so the area can be safe. That's why they read those rights to you, "You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you." And you can't deny there are BAD COPS that ruin the police name. Quite an interesting conversation here.

  • @ih8faggots10000 You also have other rights. You have the right to not consent on a search of your own person. If you're in trouble, you have the right to not answer questions until your attorney is given to you. You see, what you REALLY should be saying is that IF YOU'RE IN TROUBLE, OBEY THEY POLICE AND DON'T WALK AWAY. That's absolutely correct. But if an innocent person is being treated this way, they have the rights to refuse the officers from doing these things to them.

  • @ih8faggots10000 And just because an officers tells you to do something doesn't mean you have to all the time. You have rights that the officers have to respect. For example, say you get pulled over and the officers says, "Step out of your car; I wanna look through it." BY LAW, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO NOT CONSENT TO IT, THEREFORE YOU DENY HIS ABILITY TO SEARCH YOUR CAR. By his conduct, he's not allowed to search your car. And if he continues to try to search it, he's in trouble.

  • @ih8faggots10000 And you can't say the police win every time; there are times when the court sees that officers step out of line and the CITIZEN wins. And I'm not going to obey an officers unless they explain the situation to me. Like, if an officers comes out of nowhere and yells, "Stay there! You're under arrest!" when I haven't done anything illegal, they have no right to do that and if they say that they're NOT detaining me, I have the right to go.

  • Comment removed

  • By the way guys.....Its Canada where the video was made. Many US laws dont apply here.

  • For a guy that makes over 200K a year....you sure arent too bright.

  • What is the outcome?

  • @ih8faggots10000 shut up PIG!!!

  • @ih8faggots10000 Also, you make it sound like the police are like a militia. They're not that powerful, dude. They're to uphold the law, not command people to do everything they demand. And if that's not the case, the way you just said that makes it sound like that way.

  • @ih8faggots10000 Unless the police officers has probable cause, he cannot detain you.

  • @ih8faggots10000 Sure, buddy, whatever you say, but in some states, that's not entirely true.

  • @ih8faggots10000 So, really, what you ACTUALLY MEAN to say is that I SHOULDN'T walk away from the police. Now, I agree with you. I don't automatically try to get away; most officers are wonderful people. But if I get talked to an officer that accuses me of doing wrong, I ask him if he's detaining me (which has happened to me). If he says he is, then I'll stay. But if he doesn't say or says no, then he has no right to keep me there and I can leave freely without any trouble.

  • @ih8faggots10000 IF HE'S DETAINING YOU, then you're right. But if he has not made it clear or says no, you have the right. Listen, you're not gonna be able to stop me from saying it, cause I live in one of the states that has that law. It's the truth here.

  • @BloatedSensations I agree with you. But this guy is making the police sound like a communist army...

  • @ih8faggots10000 I realize that, BUT IN SOME STATES, Unless the cop says he's detaining you, You DO have the right to walk away. It's not the wisest thing to do, but you have it and until he legally detains you, he can't stop you.

  • @ih8faggots10000 Actually... unless he tells you he's detaining you and has a REAL legal reason why, you really have the right to walk away.

  • homosexual nazi xD ...

  • @ac3268 Did you? I don't have to see anything, but the common law to know that the due process should have been enacted but the cop doesn't want to be lawful he wants to be a power tripping jerk. None of us was there, so under the common law a sovereign has a right to travel (no criminal offense). If anything, the alleged charges are a misdemeanor & the cop should behaved lawful & issued a ticket which CAN be refused. No felony, so why the unlawful detainment & arrest?

  • @D33Lux THANKS FOR PROVING YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT COMMON LAW IS YOU FUCKING MORON

  • @greywolf424 All that was proven is you're an ignorant asshole, where's you links? Prove you're evidence? Yeah, you have none except shit for brains. lol Now fuck off!

  • @D33Lux OH GEEEE..... DID YOU JUST GET PWNED... I THINK SO.

  • @D33Lux "issued a ticket which CAN be refused."

    .

SURE YOU CAN REFUSE.... IT DOESN'T MEAN SHIT TO THE COURT, THE TICKET WILL STILL BE VALID AND YOU WILL MORE THAN LIKELY BE ARRESTED ....
