@rarbiart Lies. Touching a bulb bare hands does not reduce lifetime of the bulb. I know what I'm talking about, not quite sure about you...

@rarbiart Touching an HID bulb does not affect its lifespan unlike a halogen bulb which you are most likely mistaking it for.
